What an awesome dealership. I have visited many dealerships over the years, all across this country and I have bought my fair share of motorcycles. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone at ACES is patient, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Also this is one of the few places where I didnt feel pressured to buy anything or pushed on a bike I didnt truly like. If your even remotely considering purchasing a bike then go to ACES and ask for Clayton. It doesnt matter if you are new to motorcycles or a veteran rider like myself he will make the entire process easy from bike selection, test rides, financing as well as service and accessories. I went to ACES to look at bikes at least 10 times if not more and each time I was greeted by Clayton or another team member with a smile and a solid handshake. Each time I was welcomed in even though they knew I wasnt certain of what type of bike I wanted nor was I in a position to buy. It didnt matter and I firmly believe that its because they care more about their customers than they do about making a sale. Not only did I get a great hassle free deal on an amazing bike but I made a good friend. Thank you Clayton and everyone at ACES for everything you did for me. Also a special shout out to the young man in the parts department that hooked me up with the backrest. My wife rode with me for the first time in 10 years, she had a great time and we owe that to you. Thanks brother!

I have been looking for a BMW R1200 Adventure, and saw one I really liked, with a very fair market price. I called ACE and spoke with Jarrod. We talked specifics over the phone and I even made a cash offer to see if we were even in the ballpark. I live almost two hours away from Ft. Collins and did not want to make that drive for nothing. The following morning I went to ACE, met Jarrod in person and saw the bike for the first time. Jarrod sent me pics of the bike and it looked flawless. When I saw it in person, it was FLAWLESS!! The bike was everything I have been looking for and more. As we discussed the day prior on the phone, the cash offer I made was honored and I could not be happier. I have been looking for this particular bike for sometime. Many had been put through their paces and it showed cosmetically as well as on the odometer. At ACE I was able to get a newer year bike, with less miles and much better condition, perfect in fact, than anywhere else I looked. Add to that Jarrods knowledge, help and enthusiasm, along with the entire process from arriving, to having the bike on the trailer taking less than hour and I am a very happy customer. Needless to say, going to ACE was well worth the drive. I will be recommending ACE, and Jarrod to anyone that needs/wants a bike. To sum it up...The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!

I went to ACES Motorcycles on S College last summer and bought my 14 Triumph Tiger for ~$9000. I went back to ACES Feb 22nd to make a deal to sell them my bike back for $5,800. On March 3rd my lender released the title to ACES meaning I expected the remainder of the $5,800 shortly after. Well fast forward a three and a half weeks to today and I am trying to balance my checkbook and accounts to realize that I have not gotten that money - nor I have not been contacted at all by ACES regarding that money. I called ACES and it took a few back and forth calls for them to even see they had the title in hand. I let them know I will be there within a few hours to get a check. When I got there, I was given many different excuses by different people. When I ask where my bike was, they said they sold it already! Without paying for it! When leaving, I let the guy who I made the deal with (Kurt - I assume he is the owner) that I was not happy at all about this whole situation and all he managed to say was "oh" before walking away while dragging his hand on my freshly detailed car. I feel that if I did not notice, I would never see that money. In conclusion, do not sell something that you have not paid for yet!

Complete rip off! I found a vintage BMW r80 on ebay listed from these guys. After contacting them and they reassured me that the bike had a complete maintenance done and was a nice riding motorcycle they had me purchase the bike off of ebay. To save fees I was told. I now believe it was to avoid any ebay repercussion s. The motorcycle broke down on my first 20mile ride! Blew out a seal and lost all the gearbox fluid. Okay not to big a deal . Fixed. Next ride the bike would barely hit 60mph on the highway! It would loss power and drop to 50mph. After getting off the highway I noticed I was leaving a smoke screen behind me. This bike smokes so bad out of the exhaust. After parking I look down at my shoe which was covered in oil! Not to mention oil leaking from just about every seal! Now the bike barely runs at all, one of the carbs is getting motor oil inside of it. I was told this was a nice clean well running machine with a small minor oil leak, dime size after running for a while. complete lie! I have to rebuild completely. Buyers Beware!

The experience I had at Aces was great. No pressure from Bob my salesman and Mike, the owner, was easy to talk to. Was able to make a deal based on a picture of my trade in. They gave me a reasonable value for my bike and the bike I purchased was cheaper than any other that I had looked at. Was able to take the bike out for a test ride and when i returned Bob waited for me to contact him instead of coming to me, which I appreciated. They also offered to transport the bike to my home and pick up the trade in if the weather was bad. The paperwork was very fast and easy, we were done and I was on my way in about 20 minutes after I decided to make the purchase. The business is small and most of the inventory sits outside but is covered. I like that they kept in touch with me after the sale sending a thank you package of cookies. That is the type of customer service that is lost nowadays. When it comes time to trade in again Aces will be the first place I look to.

I had a great experience with ACES Motorcycles. I just bought a bike from Michael (Carder) at the Interstate location. He was very helpful, no pressure whatsoever, and made me feel super comfortable, even though this was my first bike after a 20+ year break from riding. The purchasing process was completely quick and painless, and Michael and Brian were both very helpful and patient while I dealt with the red tape from my insurance company. (Btw, ACES doesn’t charge dealership fees… ) I drove up from Denver to make the purchase, and Michael warned me upfront that someone else was also interested in the bike, just to give me a heads up it might not be there by the time I arrived. I was very impressed that he was willing to give me a phone update as I made the trip north, so that I wasn’t wasting my time. The trip from Denver was easy, and the putt home on 287 with my new bike couldn’t have been sweeter. (Flawless directions, also provided by Michael.)
