Bad business practices, never shopping here again. I went out of town and had a $16 credit because I returned shoes that didnt fit. When I got back to LV, realized my credit receipt expired the day before, I called to see if I could use the credit that same day. They called back, and told me manager said "you lost your money, we cant honor the credit, theres nothing we can do". They think its okay to keep my money, even when I returned the merchandise. Beware!

Frequent this store whenever Im in town. Always find good quality shoes for unbelievably good prices. They keep the store very clean and organized, which seems impossible considering there are no real shelves, just stacks of shoe boxes. They also sell handbags, and costume jewelery. While they have mens and childrens shoes, there are no toddler selections for boys. The baby girl variety is usually pretty extensive though.

The most beautiful and comfortable shoes I have ever owned come from this place. I love the huge selection. I always spend time in there because I make sure to look and every shoe! I wear heels for work and I am on my feet for hours at a time, these shoes are the only ones I wear. the shoes are cheap in price and occasionally fall apart, but for how many hours I wear them that is sort of expected. :)

i wont go back again , the new owner is so rude, too bad they had change ownership, badest customer services, i dont like the selection anymore, im wondering if the previous guy who run that store has his own store, i really missed his customer service, i think his name was william, too bad he is not there,anymore, another thing , shoes dont last long,,,,

Under new ownership and they suck. Cheeeeaaaappppp shoes. 2 pair broke while trying them on. I used to buy casual shoes here.... time to find a new place. Customer service sucks, the happy owner is replaced by rude ass Vietnamese chick who want you to hurry up and pay!

This is my to go to store when I need shoes in any color. Their prices generally are anywhere between 5.00 -25.00 every now and then you will see over and under those prices. Shoes are cute with a variety of height, design, heel style.

An excellent store if you know what youre getting into. The shoes are an average of $9.99 and stock changes daily so you get what you pay for. They just installed new carpet so the store currently looks nice and clean!

Massive selection . Low prices ! I always find something, they may be cheap, but there s lots of variety to be found . I love to mix these up in my week with my other shoes that are designer ! Lol.

Great prices on shoes but the customer service was terrible. No one would help me! Plus theres shoes all over the isles which I kept tripping over. I dont know if its worth going back.

Selection is for the girl going out. Great prices. Sizes go from 9 then to 10. No half size for 9 :(
