We went in yesterday afternoon, we happened to be the only Hispanics at the store. The lady that was working didnt bother to greet us as we walked in. Shortly after two older couples walked in and she greeted them happily and started a conversation with them. As we went on to look for shoes, I noticed she kept staring, every aisle we walked into she was there just looking at us. As my brother picked up the first shoe she took it from him and told him shed put it on the counter for him. Which at first we thought she was being nice, it got to the point where she was acting annoyed. As we picked up more shoes to purchase she seemed to watch us more as if we would steal something. When I finally asked her for assistance to help find another shoe she rolled her eyes and told us it should be there. She followed us throughout the store , although there were plenty of other families there. As we were checking out we were looking at some stickers and she rudly grabbed them to put them behind the counter. As we were paying she was looking over at my bag to see if there wasnt anything in there. The only thing in my diaper bag were diapers extra baby clothes and bottles. We said thank you and she just put everything on the counter and waited for us to walk out.. its sad that she probably thought we were going to take something, and felt the need to follow us everywhere we went.

About two months ago (October 26th), I bought a pair of converse to wear for my brothers wedding.Time comes for my brothers wedding, and I wear my converse (Only that day). The wedding lasted for about 3-4 hours, and then I took them off and put them back in the box. Come today to return them, and they say usually they dont do returns or exchanges after they have been bought, which seems a little rediculous, but understandable. She was nice and understanding, and she said she could do it for today only. She comes up to me a bit later and said they were too worn and they Are unable to exchange them. The only part which was remotely dirty were the bottoms of the shoe.. which is bound to get dirty. The shoes are otherwise in great condition and unsellable to a greedy corporation.

Kathryn is very rude. Shes an assistant manager there. Shes lazy and has sarcastic sniping. Dont ask her for help because its a big deal to her. Im surprised Shes even assistant manager.
