FIRST time Customer!!! I made purchase at your Store SHOE Dep Encore in Las Vegas #1690 on 07/25/17 to avoid issues with sizes /purchase two sizes 8 1/2 and 9M/ plus I paid the shipping to the STORE, not Resident/ never been advice of anything alarming as far Returns actually I was advice and encourage that the great Idea to do that at the Store/ no brainer. Ones the Shoes arrived to the Store Manager Michell called me and I did went to store next fallowing two days to pick them up. Dont mind to make SEVERAL EXTRA TRIPS /not in my neighberhood- long drive cross the Town/ as long they FIT!!!! Wasnt the CASE!!! I did try them which size would fit better and have no Issue to pay for Shipping. Well 8 1/2 was too tight , no problem and my Second Pair 9M size didnt fit at all!!! Normally my RIGHT Foot and my Right Hand are slightly bigger than my Left Foot and my Left Shoe was Totaly TIGHT!!!! Ite very Common ppl have one foot smaller than other. Well my Right its little bet bigger and I did expected that my Left Foot would be more LOOSE!!! Not the Case. LEFT Shoe was VISIBLY Smaller and VERY TIGHT than RIGHT Shoe. I did demostrate this ISSUE to your Sale Rep CELINE and she did REFUSE to REFUND the SHIPPING even I wasnt SERVED!!!! There is NO WAY I had to pay Shipping for Item they are send to your Store and DEFECTED Will NEVER shop at this Place EVER again,WONT Recommend, the Refund Policy wasnt disclosed even we did asked!!!!

Was visiting from Michigan also a shoe department employee (from store 380) they made me feel welcome. Helped me pick out a cute pair of shoes to wear on the Vegas strip.
