I never shop at this store but I do at the nampa location. The nampa location had converse shoe my daughter loved and was ideal, however they didnt carry her size. We were then offered to have free shipping to our door in her correct size coming from the boise location 7 day wait at most. We said yes and in the mean time she was wearing her clunky hiking boots. Today I recieved her shoes. She was excited because she said she couldnt run with her friends and she gets hot. I open the box and find the receipt says 12 shoe size her correct size. (this indicates the nampa location didnt mess up the order. So this is why Im writing my review on the boise Google location) however when I looked at the shoe it looked significantly larger than a size 12. I turned it over and its a size 2. I looked at the box hoping it was a packing mistake, and they somehow managed to pack a size 2 in a size 12 box. Unfortunately the box read size 2 as well. Im thoroughly upset because now I have to return the shoes and find her new ones else where. To top it off the customer service number I called only gave me two locations I try for the right size... one was the same store that messed up my first order. To be honest I dont feel like driving 45 mins to a store that cant properly ship the right order. I will not be doing this again and famous footwear has lost 4 customers

After having my daughters shoes for only a week they were starting to fall apart being worn once. We retured to the store to see if we could return or exchange them, and the store manager was beyond helpful and generous and made sure we found a shoe that worked for my daughters volleyball season. He also offered memory foam shoe insoles to try and duplicate the shoes that were being returned. This was a grade A customer service and made us feel very important as customers!
