Went in to find shoes for my upcoming wedding. I didnt see any in store, but a wonderful employee, Barb, informed me I could order any from offline, have them shipped to the store and return them to the store too if they did not work. I ended up ordering two pairs offline. They were shipped to the store in a matter of a couple days. They were both GORGEOUS AND PERFECT! (Lauren Lorraine brand) and I easily returned the one pair to the store that I didnt wear. Great customer service that made my already stressful wedding planning much easier!

I was so surprised to see the great selection of shoes they have and if they dont have what you are looking for check their Website. I walked out of there with 4 new sets of shoes! You can easily return shoes to the store and reorder a different size/color at no additional charge (per sales associate).
