Im extremely disappointed with my experience there. I have 5 kids that I have to buy shoes for and I got an awesome coupon for $10 off $10 so i decided to go in today and use it. I picked out 2 pairs of shoes for my youngest 2 children, when I went to check out the cashiers were so nice, then when I showed them my coupon their whole demeanor changed and they treated me like a criminal. I felt so uncomfortable, they read an email to me from corporate and kept telling me that theyll just "try" to get the coupon to go through, while the cashiers held my phone the whole time and kept scrolling up and down and when the screen timed out even took it upon herself to unlock my phone and get back onto the email. I usually shop for my families shoes there and with how I felt today I will probably never go back. It was my first time using that coupon and they acted like they didnt believe me. Worst customer service Ive ever received.
