Pretty good shoe selection backpacks I would say this is a good place for back to school shopping and Christmas shopping decent prices and pretty good clearance selection. Friendly employees and they are very helpful ordering shoes through them is pretty painless and quick

worst customer service at Rack Room Shoes. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I walk into a store and Im not even acknowledged or greeted and better yet pretty much ignored the whole time Im there.

Bad service. Associate at another store told me that this store placed on hold shoes for 3 days for me to pick up, drove all the way out here to find out they didnt have them. Very disappointed.
