Great customer service both in the store and by phone. After purchasing pants in the store (they checked the back room stock to find the right size), I decided I did not like the fit (on me) of this new style. Called to ask if I could exchange for my old favorite style -- and they took the time to search carefully for the hard to find tall sizes I was looking for (both on the phone, and earlier in the store). Fast and Friendly customer service, and they know the products well.. And the price was about half of the retail -- a bargain for my favorite style yoga pant.

If youre a Nike fan, youll love this place I am an avid runner and I really liked the fact that there is a treadmill you can use to test out the shoes that they offer. Helpful staff and great layout makes this place a winner The only thing I didnt like about it was that it was tough to find - you have to go through the mall next to Caesars Palace(I think its called Caesars forum) and its at the very end on the second floor. It would be better if they had a storefront like Adidas does further down the strip.

Best looking Nike store Ive ever been to! The way everything was set up had you looking around for minutes on end!! I couldnt make up my mind while shopping, could have easily spent a full hour just looking through everything (if I didnt have my girl with me). Anyway, this is a must stop shop...Plus you have a Fat Tuesdays right across from it so you can grab a drink right after the shopping.

Spectacular experience last night on 8-29-14. Jonas really knows his shoes! Give this man a raise! If you go, I recommend him! He is very comfortable, very intelligent, very patient, and an ideal expert who knows his stuff! He listens! Refreshing to have a sales rep that doesnt constantly push you, rebuttal you, annoy you, and judge your finance taste, while you make a decision.

Place is extremely pretentious. The survivors are not professional. The Associates are talking about other customers in a ridiculing manner. Especially in the womens area and sportswear section. I wouldnt recommend recommend this Nike to anyone and the store does not represent the brand.

I like to stop in anytime Im in Vegas and at least walk though this store. They always have the most up to date styles and products. I grabbed a few pairs of sneakers and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cannot recollect names... but they have some skilled salesmen out at the outlet. Well trained by the management! Good product knowledge and had the patience to run us thru and convinced us to pick up a product.

They have lots of great selection of current shoes and apparel. If youre a local, watch out for the 20% off everything except if there is a recent Jordan retro shoe release.
