Horrible experience! The worst service ever! I went there to buy some running shoes and the girl told me that I had to get this computer test when you run on the treadmill and they get your feet analyzed. She said it was 20$,but if you buy shoes the same day you dont have to pay for it. I decided not to take it and asked her just to measure my feet. After she measured my feet I asked her to recommend me the running shoes (what I meant,show me what they had for my feet),but she said she wouldnt do it because I didnt take the test. I was like: "What do you mean? Its a sports shoe place and my husband got his running shoes here without taking any tests! She said "I guess your husband knew what he wanted". So according to her I didnt know what I wanted! She said it was the policy of their store and without that test she wouldnt recommend me anything,she was very rude and didnt even try to act nicely. I told her that I would go to a different place in that case and she was like "Ok". She almost kicked me out of the store! I wish I asked her name,but it was Saturday Aug 13,in case the owner of the place would read my review and would know whom I was talking about. This kind of people shouldnt work in customer service.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They analyzed my gait and brought out a couple shoes based on the way I run. Based off my comments on the first two shoes, they brought out about 10 more shoes that all fit great, with slight variations. The staff assisted with the shoes and gave me tips on lacing them. I settled on two shoes that I really liked and they had me run around outside with them to make sure I was comfortable. After picking my favorite, they continued to work with me to make sure the fit was right and I was as comfortable as I could be. They worked hard to stay in my budget and gave me tips on running, why I am feeling pain in one hip, great places to run, equipment, etc. I have been running for about a year and was very thankful for their help. I live out of town, but will definitely be a repeat customer. Ive had the shoes for a few days now and my feet and hips have never felt so good while running.

I dont even want to give them even a one star. I went there 5 years ago and did the whole treadmill thing. The owner then put me in some Asics trail running shoes that Ive worn ever since. I run every day and know exactly how I run and what works for my feet now. Since then I have had a bunion problem and thought I could try on some Altras to see if they help. The new owner wouldnt let me even try them on if I wasnt going to go through the whole test thing. I told him I had already done it with the old owner and he then went on to bad mouth the guy. After I tried to politely say no, he told me to come back when I decided to let him help me. He came off extremely rude. I just ordered them on Amazon and if they dont work Ill send them back. I will never go to this store again and I will tell everyone my experience and hopefully he will be out of business soon.

This was probably the best shoe buying experience Ive ever had. The two ladies who were working at the time were very knowledgeable about different brands of running shoes and various running styles. They had me run on a treadmill while taking video and then analyzed the way I ran. They then had me try on 10+ pairs of shoes and eventually helped me pick out the perfect pair. They even ordered some pairs in my size that were not in stock at the time, and invited to come back and try those pairs on, giving me the option to exchange my shoes for the new pair if I liked them better. All my future running shoe purchases will be made at this store.

Not only does the owner know what hes talking about, he spends a lot of time with you to find the perfect shoe. To be honest, my first impression wasnt great (as another reviewer mentioned but gave lower stars) but I think its because of his humor/sarcastic personality. Hes a good guy, though. He spent time watching and explaining the footage of my stride and explained why he chose the shoes he did and what I should look for in the future. I got to try on different shoes and run a little on them. I will definitely come back and will refer my friends to this place. I found my new running shoes store.

Very disappointed in my experience here. I basically begged to buy shoes from them and could get them to show me anything other than one pair. Went back three times and was told they were ordering more. What a disappointment. I got better service at the outlet mall. Edited to add that the owner is rude and condescending. Hes a know it all and doesnt allow you to speak before interrupting you. I cant express my disappointment enough. I so badly wanted to purchase shoes here.

Ive been getting my shoes here for three years. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Its also very convenient to walk in, have them assess your shoes based on what theyve tracked in their in-store system, and then recommend based on experience. Its nice to find a store with which you can build a relationship. This is that store.

Great options and engaging staff. My son was served well when our family visited from out of town and they helped him get set up with a great set of shoes, as his current pair started failing on our trip. Great place for runners gear and tips!
