I came in late in the afternoon looking for running shoes. I had my 2 little kids with me who were getting into everything! All of the staff was very kind and understanding and kept telling me to take my time and that they werent worried about the kids knocking shoes over. I still made them behave, but the fact that they went out of their way to make me feel welcome with my rowdy kids was fantastic! I also needed a pair of brown dress shoes, but I couldnt find any my size and it was hard to look while I was trying to keep my kids in check. When I went to the register they asked if I wanted to get another pair of shoes because they were having a buy one get one half off sale. I jokingly said yes if you can find me some cute size 11 brown shoes that fit my weird fit. Within 2 minutes James came back up with a pair of brown shoes that were exactly what I was looking for... That was probably mostly lucky, but he went back 3 times checking a size smaller and wides and a pair of peds socks until he had exactly what I wanted. That is above and beyond and I am extremely impressed! Thank you for the 2 pairs of shoes and we will definitely be back here to buy shoes for the whole family because the employees at this store rock!

I will never go back to this store. There was a car on fire parked next to this business. I completely discharged a neighboring stores fire extinguisher, as i was shopping at the other store. I then proceeded into shoe carnival, and asked the manager if he had one. He told me yes, but would not give it out to help keep the situation from getting worse until the fire department arrived. His lack of helpfulness, and concern, put the store and lives at risk. He also did not evacuate the store, having thevepeople go outside , around the corner opposite way from the car. This store lost my business, and I will not recommend them to anyone else.

I had two young kids with me buying school shoes. I had to hail down someone to size my kids and then once we were selecting shoes she disappeared. There were a ton of sales people and no one in a rush to help. I would have bought 4 pairs of shoes, but no one was willing to help get the size and fit them to my kiddos.

☆ we went in to get a specific shoe...actually asked where they might be, we were "pointed" and told where to look, one person helping customers, one just pointing...we left and went to famous footwear and got amazing help plus 2 pairs of shoes...i will not be going back to shoe carnival, very disappointed

Fast friendly service. Had to return a pair of shoes and the cashier had issues getting it to post to my debit card but made the experience pleasant. It was not her fault. Refunded in cash and was out the door :-)
