Im really annoyed. I should have known when I saw that there were no prices on any of the items in the store. Sure sign they overcharge. I bought a pair of orthodics off the shelf for $79 + tax. They are non refundable, unless you take the plunge to buy $400 custom Orthodics - no way Im going to do at this point. Tricky way to get you to spend the big ones. Luckily I didnt buy shoes, only a pair of flip flops for $50 & the Orthodics. The flip flops are ok, but the Orthodics are junk. Mostly seniors in there, so a great target to overcharge. I went to the New Balance store in Cardiff the other day, and the service there was more insightful and the salesperson was patient and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. The company wants me to be happy too, offering a 30 day full refund if Im not happy with the shoes or the Orthodics. The Orthodics were way more comfortable and only $49 to boot. They are better quality too. Well, live and learn.

Even with an arch support, I was hobbling around until I found foot solutions. When you have a problem like mine for so long and then find a place like Foot Solutions and someone as knowledgeable as Joshua, it is a miracle. I had been to a podiatrist, he took X-rays and and told me nothing could be done. In fact he said there was nothing wrong! Wrong! it was killing me. So I highly recommend Foot Solutions, It takes an expert to cut to the chase on so many problems in a certain area such as this. As opposed to a doctor, they dont charge you to diagnose the problem and explain what needs to be done. And how you can resolve the issue. Thank you so much Ill be in again for an extra pair of supports to take on the road with me. Sincerely Morris Walker
