I went to yout salon yesterday with Wiggles yesterday at 9:53 am.. My appointment was at 10:00 am. I dropped him off and how long and thr girl behind the counter said 2 to 3 hours.. I told we are headed to breakfast and she have a good breakfast and we left. We returned to pick up Wiggles at 1 pm. The same girl was behind the counter said hes not ready and it would be another hour and half. I asked why and she started to get arguementative with me. She said i didnt check u in at 10:53 am . i said no 9:53 she no i checked the clock and i penciled you in at 10:53 am. I was extremely upset and told her I will never come to this place again, worst place. We came back at 2:00 to pick up Wiggles and the same lady told another girl with short dark hair to go get our DOG ehile she charged me $47.00.. I did not say anything i just paid the money...I girl comes out with alittle white dog and hand it to me. I looked at it and said this isnt my dog..she said yes it is and I Said no it isnt. This not Wiggles.. Right at that point they realized that they had done this dog first and Wiggles had been in a cage since 9:54 and no one had done his cut... By this time i had to wait another 30 minutes for Wiggles and Wiggles was not happy either. I could see him through the glass and they were rushing to get him done and he was shaking.. First they did not do what I asked.. Puppy cut, did not cut fur on his head, tail, feet.. They also did not do fis dewclaw either. I could do a better job then those girls.. I have been coming to this shop for many years and I have never been treated so badly as I was yesterday.. I will never go there again.. As a matter of fact I would appreciate a refund of $47.00 because they did not do what were suppose to do and treated me and Wiggles terrible.. Very unprofessional in my eyes and I was not alone either Acouple of days later I received a call from the owner who applogized and said that the girl had told her what she had done. She said. I know who you and I know that you had Trixie snd that you have been coming there for along time.. She credited me back the $47.00 and also gave me a credit of $47.00 on Wiggles next Grooming... That was a reasonable jesture on their part.... Thank you for resolving this issue.but I am still hesitate whether i will go there again... . Nancy Obie

I have taken my Lhasa there for many years and had been happy until the last 2 times. Prior the woman that cut her hair cut 2 of her cuticles and left some hair on the back of one leg uncut. The cut was very choppy and they even noted it but offered no discount. I didnt take her back for a couple of months. Just took her back because the lady I take her to now, at a different place, was on vacation . This time they left her hair on her feet long, didnt trim her ears so I ask them to redo that. When I got her home it was apparent they did not bath her!! I had moved Hap E Dogs to my backup groomers, but now they are OFF MY LIST!! They use to be good but have changed groomers!! Would not recommend this place to anybody!!!!

This is the worst grooming place in Las Vegas, do yourself a favor, do not subject your pet to these incompetent people. I asked them to trim my dog around the eyes and butt. When I came back I didnt even recognize my dog. He was totally shaved down to the skin and was shivering in the cage. This place should be shut down.

I love this place! They took great care in grooming my little "Marnie" who is very timid. Thanks so much Jen! The staff made me feel at home while I waited ( The "VIP" Service is wonderful). Love the treat Bar.

Great selection of food and treats. Everything Ive seen is high quality and made in USA. Also bring my dog in for a nail trim every month or 2 and they are always quick and do a good job.
