We have been traveling for a while and both of our dog needed a bath and a trim. We went to the Petsmart East because we take them to a Petsmart back home. We did not look over the dogs when we picked them up because they were so stressed out when they brought them out. I was given the bill but never told how things went. When I asked she said "They were fine have a good day". As we walked out I noticed the poorly groomer feet on my dog.You can see each toe nail. The hair is cut jagged. All different lengths.It is impossible to explain, wish I could post a picture. We got them to our temporary home and discovered more issues. One half of her chest was not cut. One side of her leg had a strip that never was cut. Her ears were just as dirty as when she went in. Her tail was not trimmed. My husbands dog had poop stuck in his hair all the way down his butt and some on his legs. They missed cutting half of his neck behind his ear. I payed $162.00 plus a tip for this. I can not take them back to be fixed. I am not willing to make them go back there as upset as they were. These dogs have been groomed since they were pups. They are used to it. I am used to much better service from my home town PetSmart I am sorry I did not get the service I normally get. We will figure out other options from now on when we travel. Would like my money back. I could never expect someone to pay for this kind of service.

I gave it a three-star because of the high prices but other than that they have a lot of great things but most of the clothing colors and those novelty things you can find online a third of the cost. But I was able to find a couple different pet foods that I am very picky about what my animals eat a couple of the foods that I purchase I was able to get here at a pretty reasonable price. If you wait for the clearance sales you can off in time to get some really good stuff sometimes after the sale of the holidays or specialty days you can get some work down food as well as clothing for your animals.

I much prefer this pet store over Petco. The staff here are friendly. The fish tanks are clean with healthy looking fish and decent variety. Clean with lots of pet stations so you can clean up after your animals should that make a mess. Decent prices with coupon offers on the receipts. The only problem I have is they are lies on crickets a lot. They do get fresh ones in on Tuesdays and Thursdays though so if you need a large amount I would suggest going in on those days.

We have a 6 year old Yorkie. We have been having the hardest time finding a good groomer. We dropped him off and a hour and a half later were notified that he was done! At pick up the groomer who did the work did the handover to me and gave me a hand written report of what was done and recommendations for the future. The work that was completed was incredible. They did exactly as we asked them too and with a personal touch!

For the third time taking my dog there, soap has been left on him!! Even when I say, please make sure you get the soap out!! This last time the guy said, I apologize your dog fell off the table because I didnt have the collar on him correctly!! My dog is almost 16 years old!!! This place has gone through so many groomers!!! The management is impossible to deal with!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR GROOMING!!!!!!!

The employees always great me with a smile and do their best to get me help with our critter needs, they always have crickets n superworms fresh as I can get and at a better price than Pet-co. Alot of the staff in that area know me by face and help me right away. Totally friendly every visit. I dont feel the need to go elsewhere for my critter needs.

Everything here but the Grooming department is great. The Grooming department has messed up trimming my dog twice now. This second time was just not acceptable. They shaved my dog when I told them to not cut any hair on him other than the bottom of his paws. My dogs hair will never grow back right.

This store is great for so many reasons... 1. Super-friendly staff! 2. Always have what I need 3. Great selection of dog and cat foods 4. Best prices in town 5. My dogs favorite place to hang! Definitely one of the best pet stores in the Spokane area. My dog and cat says so!

Had the most wonderful experience with our springer pups first grooming. Darren did an awesome job and would highly recommend him for your pet grooming. He was very concerned about the well being of our anxious pup and handled her with loving care. Great job Darren.

Melodie & Kaylee are fantastic. I love the way they groom my babies! I do not find them overpriced as I have seen in previous reviews. I almost didnt go back because of a rude groomer at the north spokane petsmart. THANK YOU Melodie and Kaylee!

Its alright. Decent store, majority of employees are nice and professional. Very over priced in my opinion. I prefer to support local stores. May not look as fancy but process are better and just as good if not better customer service.

I used them for dog grooming. For 12 years Ive done this myself, but I decided to have it professionally done today. Thailer was our stylist and she was great. This is the softest my dog Nortons fur has ever been. And he smells good too!

Nice selection, expensive just like every other brick and mortar store. There arent enough employees when you look for them but when you dont need them theyre around every corner. I suppose its like every other store.

My experience has been the fish typically die shortly after we but them.. but past the 14 day window. Dog food is way over priced. We buy blue buffalo for $2 less a bag online. They will not price match.

The overwhelming smell of urine hits you the second you walk in and gets stuck in your nose. Dim lighting and overall run down feel to the place. High prices on top of it all. Next time Ill stick with petco.

Clean. Dog groomers were very friendly and great with my pet. I will likely go back. My dog looked great when she was done. Also gave us a nail grind for no additional charge.

I dont go there for grooming. Just dog food. They carry the dog food my dog likes. Also the cashier with the high pitched voice is my favorite person there. Shes always nice.

bought a bag of fish and they were all dead within the first 12 hours and when I called it was told all fish sales are final. so I recommend never buying anything fish here.
