The guy on the phone when I asked a simple question was snappy and rude! Told me to go to a rescue and adopt a pet if I wanted one. I simply just asked him if they sold pets AND supplies or just supplies. Never said anything about wanting to buy an animal. Very rude and he should be fired! Ive heard nothing but bad things from this store and they will most definitely NOT be getting MY money!

Very good service and very helpful. I took my oldest cat Simba(big sized kitty) to get help to find the right size halter for him. And the staff (I believe he is the owner and one of his employees) was a huge help with finding the right one for my Simba.
