The Banfield Vet Clinic in this store is outstanding and the pet health plan makes it so as seniors we can afford a pet once again. Dr. Steve has to be the most caring and knowledgeable Vets we have ever known. We were referred here by our daughter--she also has great praise for Dr. Steve. We can tell you, your pets will be well cared for here and finally, at a reasonable price. Make an appointment as apparently many others pet owners feel the same way.

PetsHotel just opened this month and I love it. Michelle, Jen, and Ric are amazing. They make your pet feel welcomed and like family. They take good care of your pet while there. The PetsHotel has day care, day camp, and overnight care. The suites are nice with a raised bed and a tv to watch/listen to movies so your pet is comfortable and feels at home..as much as possible. They even have soft serve machine for treats!

Cool petsmart in Encinitas. The staff are helpful and the animals are somewhat healthy. I once saw a dog run out of the store followed by employees though. It nearly got run over by an SUV outside and when it was finally caught the employee complained about it peeing on him... Poor dog

Good place to shop for pet food and supplies, not keen on their grooming salon: cut my dog and then gave me a hard time when his wound got infected, refunded medical expenses only after talking to their corporate office.
