Muy inconforme!!! en ocaciones anteriores havia llevado mi perro y todo excelente, el dia de hoy lleve a mi perro un coker spaniel, tenia cita a las 10:30 am para servicio completo(bano,corte,limpiado de oidos y corte de unas) y me lo entregaron a las 4:30pm el corte de pelo fatal, solo le rasuraron la parte de arriba y cortaron un poco todo lo demas, al momento que lo subi al auto lo cheque de los oidos y estaban sucios, regrese de inmediato y se los limpiaron, antes le cortaban el area de las orejas y estaba muy bien, en esta ocacion no, y al llegar a casa me doy cuenta que trae nudos en las orejas, osea como lo banaron e hicieron corte si nisiquiera lo peinaron? sinceramente fue pesimo este servicio.

I have just used Candies for the last time. Their grooming is mediocre but their attitude and prices are extremely high. I had been using a great shop in Lemon Grove, but due to my age I wanted a shop closer to home. The woman is rude and unfriendly and when she told me it was $10 more than I had been paying and I complained....she told me to take my dog to another salon if I didnt like it. Well I will, the place is dirty and looks and feels like a "front". I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my two year old Henry(Yorkie) there after years of taking him to Petco and that was the happiest ive every seen him come out of the groomers! Unlike other place where he comes out shaking and scared. The owners was very nice and personable while cutting him the just the way I asked!!! Also loved that i didnt have to leave him there for 5 plus hours.Very fast! We will be returning when my newest puppy is older as well. Overall very good experience for both me and Henry.

The staff at the from were really nice. We took our dogs for grooming, to give it a try and support our local stores. Unfortunately they trimmed our dogs butt to close and hurt them so bad that we needed to take them to the Vet and got them on medication. The owner dint take responsibility or even apologize, we understand that mistakes can happen but her attitude was horrible. It broke might heart to see them suffering like this.
