SO FAR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN NONEXISTENT AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS BY AMAZON TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER I PLACED TO PETGLAD THROUGH AMAZON. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY DIRECTLY FOR RESOLUTION IF THEY REMEMDY THE PROBLEM I WILL AMEND THIS REVIEW I WILL CHECK BACK TO LET YOU KNOW HELP@PETGLAD HAS BEEN IN TOUCH WITH ME AND ARE IN THE PROCESS OF RESOLVING MY ISSUE. SO FAR SO GOOD ONLY ONE MORE STEP TO COMPLETION...THEY HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH ME AND ARE WORKING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. 04/07/2016 Update PetGlad has resolved my issue have updated my review to 4 stars.

Because of all the confusion of Holiday mailing my order for dog food had a huge glitch. It was delivered to another State. After a couple days of phone calls and communication with Amazon we were able to get it settled. In fact I just now received a call from a rep at PetGlad and he immediately set about to get the new order expedited and I should get the dog food in two days. He explained the holidays had them inundated with almost more orders than they could handle. So...thank you PetGlad. Molly and little Max will be very "glad" pets.

The worst company ever... I placed an order 08/31/16 that was to be shipped w in 24-48 hours.. It is 09/21/16 and the order still states " processing ".. and I dont even need the order any longer. I have called 47 times since 09/12/16 and NO ONE answers the phone, They dont reply to voice mails, emails or live chat. I want my order cancelled and the money refunded back to my account. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this resolved ?

Lousy Customer service. Never pick up their phone. They sent the wrong product and they suggested that I write "Return to Sender" on the package and the carrier will "probably" pick it up. It was their fault and they refused to make it right. Amazon should sever ties with them immediately. Theyre crooks. Or worse .
