The owner is extremely knowledgeable and caring. My dog has been struggling with GI problems for quite some time and she has helped me so much along the way. I find her to be very competent and so compassionate, I dont think Ill ever shop anywhere else.The prices are also very competitive and lower than the local warehouse stores. Thank you so much for helping my puppy feel better :)

The owner ( I assume) is very nosy about everything you do in the store. She gives you her opinion of things you are about to buy or chose. I felt like she does this for the intention of pushing her own preference. Not to help the customer. It made me fee very unconformable. The other part time workers are way better.
