I needed a bath and grooming for my senior dog with arthritis and spondylosis. It seemed like a nice spot close to home. Pro: Made an appointment on the day of. They were able to give my medium sized senior dog a bath. They didnt charge me for the bath and they did offer to completely dry her while I wait for another 10-15 minutes at the establishment. Con: They didnt ask for copies of her shots. A blank eyed greeting from the girl behind the desk and the groomer who didnt seem to understand my simple directions of focusing on her behind when grooming. This is the first place in my 13-14 years of owning my dog that couldnt groom her. I explained to them that she is a senior dog with weak hind legs n bowel issues. The owner/manager gives me a call 30 min into the 2 hrs she was supposed to be there for, saying they dont want to groom her because she is stressed, not able to stand up, and pooping and I need to pick her up. When coming back to pick her up, I noticed that their grooming tables were set really high up. Now for a medium sized senior dog, that would be an issue to stay on. I even asked them to have her lay on her sides instead of standing since she cant stand for long periods and they refused that idea. Obviously if she was standing as you were able to bathe her, shes not going to have enough endurance to keep standing as you groom her. And it just seems to baffle me that the vet and even Petco can groom her with no isses or my dog "stressing" that would cause extra complications. Although I do appreciate them not charging me for the bath, which she was still wet from, though they did offer to dry her completely as I waited another 10-15 min at the establishment ... I will NEVER be coming back here for my senior doggie or 3 cats. Thanks!

1st time was good. The people were nice. 2nd grooming session was ok. 3rd time was the worst experience I had at a groomers. I had an 11:30am appt for my 5lb. yorkie to get a haircut and bath. I a point to be 10 minutes early because I truly (at that time) appreciate their time. When I dropped her off, they had 2 dogs there. The nice bearded guy said it wouldnt take longer than 2 hours and then the ladies grooming the 2 dogs in the room repeated the same thing. He said they would call me 5 minutes before she was ready. I waited until 2:30 and found myself doing circles around the parking lot for 15 minutes. I finally park a block down and walk in to see my dry dog shaking in the bathtub. They havent even washed her! She had been sitting in the cage (which, at home, she does when she is bad) for 3 hours!!! The lady told me they got backed up...My dog is only 5lbs...I made an appointment a WEEK IN ADVANCE. Then they charged me 55 when the last times they charged me 35 then 45. Never going back here again. If you want to go to a place that appreciates your time and your money, go anywhere else but here.

I love this place. Everyone is always so helpful as soon as I walk in. Their prices are competitive with the big chains, and I prefer supporting small local businesses. They only carry pet food that is actually good for your pets, so I feel like they care about the quality of the products they sell. This is not the place to go if you want your pick of 4000 chew toys. This is where you go, if you want to feel good about your choices and the quality of your purchases.

Twice Ive gone in and twice they treated me/us like we were a nuisance. Sorry to bring a dog into a pet store but come on its called cats and dogs... Check out lady was extra rude and was more concerned about keeping a perfectly tidy store then attending to customers. If you like high prices and attitude to go with it, shop here

All the employees are so welcoming and nice! Ive tried going to other dog groomers since I moved out of town a few years ago, but nothing compares to the attention and detail they go into making all my dogs looking fab. I always try to go here whenever Im in the area and the dogs need a new hairdids.

I love this place. They carry food for your pets that is healthy and not your run of the mill food you can get anywhere. Very friendly and accommodating, not a huge toy selection but it is a small business that I like to frequent and my dog loves it too!

This is a great place to get your grooming done. I like that the doggies are in cages on the ground with no tops so they dont feel so closed in and they do a great job ;-)

No selection whats so ever. The staff doesnt even seem friendly. Needed a harness and stocking stuffers for my dogs, couldnt even find random doggie things.
