These guys are my neighbors... and beyond the ease of proximity, they have better than the chains food, and prices that are at or lower than even the prices on sale. PetCo and the other dog-marts will never see me again, especially since the push inferior foods. Davi went through all the foods with me based on my dogs diets and we got the best stuff for them. (Diamond lamb/rice). And he is honest too... as he did not push me towards other foods he had that cost much more. It is a tiny hole in the wall next to AutoZone... but worth finding! -Steve

Walked into this place totally stumped on what kind of food I should be feeding my senior dog who doesnt seem to like any kibble I try anymore. The lady new exactly what to recommend and explained the difference in the food and why she recommended it to my 16 year old doxy over the other foods. Food seams simple, but I realized how much I dont know. On my way back today to get more food. Customer service was awesome and most importantly, by dog likes the food and is eating again.

These guys a awesome. Have a credit card on file and they deliver. Getting food is as quick as a phone call. I used to use them when I had a dog about 6 years ago, then the dog died. Havent thought much about it since then, but just got a new puppy and remembered to call them. Still the same outstanding service. Just called on a Sunday after realizing Im out of food. They werent open but the owner was there. Hes delivering to me right now. Pure awesomeness.

Ive been using Pet Express for years. Their prices are the same as the pet stores near my house and they deliver what I want to my door, so I never have to leave the house to run yet another errand. It couldnt be any more convenient. And the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I agree that it would be even more convenient if I could order online, but often I just leave a message on the answering machine and the food shows up the next day. Love it.

They are a short walk from my place, usually bring my dog with me. He is a super finicky eater, so they let him try different foods and will often give me stuff for free just to try. I order it there and they deliver it later that day. They are very knowledgable, carry all the best brands. The people are great, friendly and very very helpful. I seriously cant recommend them highly enough!

First off, these guys are great people. Knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Their store is cool (although there is a cat running around and I am allergic, its fine - I get in and out quick). Really good selection and great people. Just, be ready for a tad of chaos in getting what you need done. If they shore up these issues, Id be happy to give them another star.

Sure its tiny with no frills... just one narrow aisle... but Pet Express is packed with the highest quality food for your dog. Just as the brands they carry dont have any fillers in their ingredients, Pet Express keeps their shelves and freezer space reserved for only the healthiest foods.

Excellent customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable on all the pet food products the store carries, which is quite extensive. I love shopping here, the girls are always friendly and helpful. Oh, and dont forget to say hello to their resident cat, Hunter.
