My 9lb dog was bitten by the owners large dog "Lucky", and my dog did nothing to provoke a reaction. I was holding my little guy in my arms when Lucky reacted, jumped up and bit him. Fortunately he got my hand instead of my little guys neck. The products are good and I can trust that the research has already been done for me on the products, so I dont have to do it. The staff is very nice, and extremely helpful...although not always correct about their info. They sold me a $50 bark collar to help control my dogs separation anxiety barking while I am gone, only to come home and find out that I cannot use the collar during stressful barking. (So I have not even taken the product out of the box). I really like the people, and use the services from time to time, but a lot less than I used to and I do make sure that Lucky is far from my little one.

A Private User

I spend lots and lots of money there on expensive and healthy dog treats. Ive used the grooming twice before and today I came in to find my Maltese being held by the throat, completely unattached to the grooming lead. I understand that it hard to groom their faces, but to be holding a little dog by the throat is totally unimaginable and unacceptable. I told the girls at the desk (as I paid the $86), that I was really upset to see this and they told me that he was probably just trying to steady her head. My dog was totally freaked out, tail between her legs, tongue sticking out....and now I cant even find any corporate contact info, to talk to someone and tell them theyre groomers are NOT handling dogs properly....

Best groomers in LA, been bringing my dog there since he was a little puppy. They always do a great job on him (hes a havanese shitzu mix) and he loves playing with the groomers when he goes in.
