I am giving them one star because they do not stand behind the products they sell and refused to return an item that their sales associate assured me would stand my dogs playing and that it is all in the stitching...the Kong Balistic toy that cost 18.00 was destroyed in 1 day and the manager would not refund or exchange and directed me to contact Kong. Also, she would have have a word with her staff about guaranteeing anything...I said she should refund my money and then have a word and also make a clear sign that states no refunds on toys. Anyway the moral of the story...DONT BUY ANY TOYS FROM THIS COMPANY.... I should mention that when i walked into the store there was no one around and after waiting for several minutes, i walked into the back room calling out hello to no answer...walked a little further back and there was the manager in the office talking to a co-worker, she looked at me and just said hi i had to prompt her to come help me otherwise i dont think she had any intention of leaving her conversation....I could have walked out of the store with the cash registers and i dont think she would have noticed!!!

Before this store openned I would go to the one in Torrance because they offer such great deals on many of their products. This store is pretty well stocked when it comes to dog/cat food. they have it all; dry, canned, and raw. Even with a huge Eukanuba display, they wont try to sell you the product. In fact, they wont try to sell you anything you dont even need. The employees are friendly and if you get a chance to meet the owner, hell even thank you for coming in. One of the great things that I love about the place is that they have a frequent buyer program for many of the dog foods. The lay out is great, well stocked, and neat. I encourage you to stop in and check it out; its well worth the switch from the big competitors.

I dont know how they keep their prices so affordable. I used to buy Natural Balance vegetarian kibble for $29.99/ 15 lb bag at PetCo. After 10 bags I would get one for free if I bought 10 within a year. At Global Pet Food Outlet, it is only $21.99 for the exact same type and sized bag. They also have a program where you get a free bag after 10 are purchased, except that they dont have a time-limit. I am impressed with their large variety of treats and supplements. Everyone employee who I interacted with there was pleasant. Ive never had a bad experience at PetCo, but I am definitely going to buy dog food at Global Pet Food Outlet from now on.

Fantastic store and have only had great customer service with returns or products that did not suit my dog or cat (allergies, reactions). Phenomenal prices, wonderful selection of holistic products especially raw frozen and a multitude of healthy snacks. I have yet to find a retail store with the prices and variety.

We just moved to the area, went once and was relieved to find they carry non-chicken formula cat food and higher quality brands for competitive prices. So far so good, they also offer a cat and dog teeth cleaning one day a month which we will be trying and posting a review here.

Friendly staff, but prices went up some since they changed owners. HUGE variety of pet food, I think they have the most dog foot options I have seen. Some specials at the front of the store too. Free parking on roof of building.

After i saw the news piece on Global ill never shop here again. Look it up. Dogs have been dying off of the in house dog food theyve been selling. I cant believe this place hasnt been shut down yet. Simply Awful.

Wow!! Just left here after stocking up for our cats and new puppies and was amazed at the amount we saved. The store is well stocked with amazing products and great prices. This definitely our new supply shop!!

Great selection of big name and artisan pet products. Amazing selection of raw frozen foods. They always beat any pet store prices. The more popular brands can be out of stock frequently. Very helpful staff.
