I moved to this area just a few weeks ago and I happened to be building my first salwater tank so I went to this PetSmart to see if I could find out more about this kind of fish and learn about the care and maintenance of this type of aquaria. First of all Id like to say Im giving it only 4 stars cause they didnt carry saltwater fish, but I did find this store employee, her name was Monica and she was of GREAT help, she was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly! She told me the basics about saltwater aquaria, and being an aquarist herself gave me some tips and "Dos and Donts". She was extremely helpful and guided me throuout their selection of supplements and accesories! I recommend this place 100%!! (Oh and for what I saw their prices are reasonable)

Wifes review: Yesterday had my dog groomed. I called ahead of time to notify the groomers that my husband would be picking up my dog, and they said she would be about 15 more minutes. Perfect! So when he got there about 20 minutes later, she wasnt finished and another dog was being groomed, not her. So he waited about another 30. Fine. But this whole time the staff was arguing with each other in front of him. He said not to take her there again because they were rude. I wouldnt have minded if the service was still good. But today less than 24 hours later, she is still leaking all of her anal fluids. Anal gland expression is part of the "Dog Bath" and it was clearly not done. This was the cherry on top of a bad experience. Wont be back... sorry to say.

Terrible experience. When we picked my dog up, he appeared extremely nervous and scared. The groomer who brought him to us after the haircut said that they had removed all the fur inside the ear and that they recommended we take him to do this procedure once a month. Later at home he looked shaky and uncomfortable. Upon inspection, we found he had sustained some injuries: a jagged cut under his tail and within his ear canal, we saw there was blood and pus. My dog spent the night crying, whining, and attempting to hide in small nooks within the house. We took him to a veterinary clinic to get him examined. The vet informed us that he had a pretty severe cut under his tail and what she termed as a “critical” ear infection.

LOVE THIS PETSMART!!!!! I have four turtles all different sizes and needed a bigger tank from a 20 gallon tank I got 2 weeks ago and with no problem returned it for a exchange of a 40 gallon one with a paid difference , then silly me get home clean the new tank fill it with water and notice it has no screen on top for my turtles heating lightbulbs so a called and Jessica picked up and remembering be from earlier found me a tank with a screen and same size and held it for me till I got there she made the exchange so easy and was so helpful and nice about it !!! My turtles are extremely happy and so am I .

Banfield located in this PetSmart has the worst service ever. Every single time that I had an appointment, the doctor showed up an hour to an hour and half later. Every single time with no exception. I am fed up with their service. 15 to 20 minutes to just get into a room. another 15 to 20 minutes for an assistant to show up and another 20 to 30 minutes to see the doctor?!!!! What is wrong with you? I once went as walk-in and after two hours they said I have to go back and come another day. The staff over there are rude and un-professional. I never recommend this place to any one at all.

Recently added a puppy to the family and 2 weekends in a row Ive been at this PetSmart. Last weekend this was our first stop for some basic doggie needs, the staff was helpful and friendly and this weekend we went to the Banfield Pet Hospital. After over sleeping, running late and forgetting my puppys shot records we were still seen by the vet and not rushed. My questions were answered in detail and everything they were doing was explained as well as what she will need in the future. Dr. Gilbert, Aysha and Jason thank you for your great customer care.

I would recommend this place, the manager Sophia is awesome!!!!! She very knowledgeable about the reptile pets and always has an answer to my question. I had some issues with the first bearded dragon I got and ahe has no problem taking caring of me. When they didnt have another to give me, I called other stories to see if they had one. I called Torrance and they did but I didnt like there Attitude so I wanted till she got one. She called me that same day she got it in. I would recommend this place !!!!!

We took our Australian Shepherd puppy there for their beginner training class with Ashley. She is lots of fun, very energetic, and very helpful. Well be sticking around to take the intermediate class next and maybe their advanced and "click a trick" classes. Prices on the store merchandise are reasonable, and the classes give you coupons to use on useful things in their store, including free nail clipping at the salon and money off of certain vet services at the Banfield pet hospital in the store.

Great staff. So friendly! I always come here to get my dog the Pedigree Dentasticks. He loves them so much. The best price for these sticks are at petsmart. This locations always has weekly deals on different supplies. I like the fact that they have many brands to choose from for different supplies. I had a coupon for some dog food that expired. The person at the front still honored my coupon. They are the best pest supply store. recommended.

took my puppy to the grooming salon last week and I do not recommend it at all!!!! my puppy wasnt completelly dry when they gave it to me, his ears were smelly and his nails long, never will go back again!!!!! also the girl told me my puppy bite her but in the other petsmarts (san bernardino& corona ca.) I took him they told me he behaves well, so I dont understand but worse grooming place ever!! g

I went there tonight after I had called ahead to buy A dog kennel. They already had it pulled up front and ready to go in there staff was amazing. Adrian was the one that help me over the phone and when I got there and did an amazing job I highly recommend this place

Well stocked, clean store, nice staff - has exactly what Id expect from a PetSmart. Location is easy to get to and easy to park in front of. As of March 2017, their laser tag engraver machine is in better condition than the one on La Cienega.

Every time I go, I always look for Juan or Kevin from the aquatic department, they know a lot about fish and reptiles. They have always helped me with my decisions as well when I need a second opinion. They have great customer service.

I must say- all the staff I interacted with here were very courteous and friendly. They let me go in the storage room to see their Guinea pig Pepe whod been there for quite some time. The adoptions are on Saturday and Sunday!
