I personally spoke to a young man there last week and had a great experience. In fact, one of the best retail experiences I have ever had, and I have worked plenty of retail management and am a business owner. I am going back to get some dog treats in a few minutes in fact. Rating and reviewing a business poorly simply because you werent offered assistance is absurd. If you need help and no one offers, ask! Is it not poor ethics to trash a business that sells quality products in a clean environment because you had one bad experience. To me, getting cussed out or dealing with rudeness might warrant a poor review. People have off days, some are more tuned into their work than others...separate your feelings from reviewing a business and rate their products, location and prices. People are variable but the former things listed are observable and predictable: its good or bad, you like it or dont, and heres why.

I wondered why the parking lot was so empty. The 1st and last time I visit this location. I walked in and was immediately greeted by 3 employees, one in the main entrance and two behind the counter. After the greeting I was left alone to wander around the store aimlessly. Folks there was not 1 other customer in the store. They continued to talk amongst themselves . I intentionally walked up and down every isle of this small store to see if anyone would ask me what I was looking for. The answer would have been cat food and other cat items for my new cat. Oh well ill keep my $150 plus dollars in my pocket, thank you very much. Horrible!!!

Ever heard of offering a little assistance to a customer purchasing two 40-lb bags of dog food on a regular basis? How about making sure your neon sign is illuminated in the evening so people can actually locate your store after the sun is down? Apathetic employees who sit and stare while the single customer in the store tries to locate, carry out, and load heavy product into their vehicle is quite a turn-off. Ill shop Amazon or Goober Pet Direct next time.

Ive been coming here for quite a while. The staff has always been amazing up until the recent change in personnel. The much younger generation has absolutely No clue about the definition of customer service. Though i may pay a bit more for my products elsewhere, at least i wont be subjected to ill treatment.

Love this place! They are always ready to help me find my dog food, carry it out to my car, and answer any of the thousand questions I have on whats the latest and greatest for my pups. They are always smiling and chatting it up w me! Love Pet Club!
