We love this place my dog and I the staff.treats you and your pet like family they have a grooming station in the store and they do all the works dental to bathing, nails trimming , cutting and backside glands for a very reasonable price and the best thing is its in our own backyard Prescott Valley saves on gas and time. Its just wonderful all the way around.

went to get some help with dog food and they are very rude and unpleasant people it seems like it is a bother for you to walk into their store as well as it is always a mess and Gary is very rude.. might want to think about hiring someone else he will loose customer with his bad customer service. I will never go back there again

Local, family-owned pet supply store. These folks are very knowledgeable about their products. They carry carefully researched, high quality products and are working to carry no Chinese-made items. There is almost always one or two friendly office dogs behind the counter who are very polite with other dogs.

New owners are Great. Employees are knowledgeable & Very Friendly. The groomer Maryse does Fabulous work. They carry a broad array of products and offer a Do-it Yourself Dog Wash, which is a easy to use, convenient set-up. Exceptional clean store. Highly Recommended.

This place is awesome I take my Service Dog Max in to be groomed. Amber is his groomer and she does an amazing job with him. He can be difficult when he is not with me, and she does not complain. He is a Golden Retriever and he looks so good when I pick him up.

They stock the very best of nutrition for dogs and cats here. You wont find bad products. Everything is of five star quality. They also have a room where you can wash and dry your dog. What a great place to shop with pooch or kitty.
