Can I give this store 0/10 stars? As usual another business that doesnt stand behind their products. Im not sure if Matt knows this but read here buddy: Distributors are put in place to back their manufacturers products and handle things for the customer through them. This cuts down on dissatisfied customers that are unable to receive help direct from the manufacturer. NOT IN THIS CASE. Not only did Matt and the crew at Pet Club do JACK-ALL but Matt failed to know his product knowledge. I am a Veteran, and come from a Fire/Rescue Equipment Sales background and I honestly thought Matt knew his product knowledge. He sounded like it at least. Unfortunately, for me, he did not. The unit (remote dog training collar) he recommended had a high failure rate and a history of problems. These are things a distributor should know about an expensive product. It also took me 4 weeks to get it when he said it would be a week, and then it failed after 3-4 weeks. Now, as he stated to me, they will not help because its out of 30 day warranty. Well Matt....not true. I have contacted the manufacturer, PetSafe, and not only are they replacing the product at no cost they are replacing it with the ELITE at no cost to me. So the truth of the matter is you didnt even try to help. You never called PETSAFE because if you did as they have stated they would have helped you. SO not only does Pet Club not help their customers they dont even TRY to help. Im not unhappy, Its just disappointing as an American Consumer. Its time for employees and Managers to actually care and not stand behind the POLICY and the RED TAPE. You will not stay in business very long or be successful if you operate this way. Wish you guys the best of luck, bu t I will not be returning or recommending anyone to your Feed Store. Succeed or Learn. In this case I hope you learn and change.

I only shop there because theyre the only store that carries my dogs food. The women who work there there are always so rude to me. The boys who work there are polite. I think Im going to start ordering my dogs food off the internet so I dont have to go in there anymore.

I live this place because it carries my favorite brand of cat/dog food called canidae! Great place for all natural wholesome food for pets!
