DO NOT GO TO GROOMER! We were quoted $48 to groom our dog. When we took her in they asked us if we wanted her nail done I said yes because I knew it came with the package. I took the invoice up to the counter and my total came to $64. There was an extra fee that the just rolled in for me without even asking. They charged me an additional $17 to grind her nails (never discussed) and for a special shampoo (also never discussed). When I asked for a refund they said it was an upgrade to which my husband informed them we had never agreed to . It seems like they just roll the extra cost in without you even agreeing to it as most people will just pay whatever invoice they are given. They did refund the $17 because they had not yet started grooming my dog but blonde lady who is very rude seemed as if she did not want to refund what they had wrongfully just threw on my bill. After that they said my dog would take 3 1/2 hours to groom... I never heard from them for 5 hours and had to call them. She said nervously that they had called and left a message which they did not. We had even confirmed our number when I left my dog. I said no problem still knowing they were in the wrong yet again... picked out dog up.. staff seemed annoyed but had no reason as they were they ones who couldnt get it together all day long. I will never take my dog back to this location. I have taken her here a few times and they also never seem to do the best grooming as there are large patches of fur left in some spots.

We just moved here and decided to try out this groomer for the first time. We dropped off two dogs this morning, a 3 year old pit and a 9 month old Belgian Malinois. There was a cat in there when we dropped them off, who was struggling with getting brushed. The girls were talking badly about the cat, saying he was "bad" and how they would not groom him again. Speaking this way is indicative of how they feel about animals (no animal is "bad"), but is especially rude in front of other customers. My dogs have always Loved going to the salon, and are exceptionally easy to groom. Our puppys coat looks good, however, their nails are Terrible; some look untouched, and the ones they did trim are noticeably uneven. We got conflicting stories about how they behaved. Overall, a poor grooming job and very unprofessional conduct.

I stood there at the podium where the Crickets are waiting for somebody to get me some crickets and mealworms for my bearded dragon I waited there for about 30 minutes which is just about ridiculous because the ladies that were there were doing working at the time and I asked for help they ignored me I had to go to the front and ask for somebody and when the cashier said it over the intercom that I needed help one of the ladies that were marching that ignored me came over to help me which is ridiculous why didnt she help me the first time so that was 30 minutes wasted of my life

When I first brought my Cocker here, he was treated badly to the extent I went somewhere else. However, after I talked to the NEW manager I was convinced to try the new groomer "Kitty". I have since acquired a baby Cocker who has been groomed by Kitty every month since puppyhood. Kitty is great with my baby, takes time to give him lots of love and she grooms him exactly the way I want. No easy feat for Im very picky. Thank you Kitty! Were it not for you Id be going elsewhere. I wont let anyone else touch my baby. TEN STARS FOR KITTY!!!!

Do not purchase items from Petsmart on Watson. They have a moth infestation. I brought home a reflective coat for my dog and found numerous larvae and pods inside it. The manager wouldnt even tell me what it was until I followed him and asked for a reason. He treated me nonchalantly like it was no big deal. I had that coat in my home and car. Managers name was Armando.

Overall I was very pleased with the grooming service EXCEPT for one thing! I had asked them to NOT do anything to my dogs tail and they shaved it!!! I did call and talk to the manager later when I thought more about it. He is going to give me 25% off my total when I go back in to town. I have to drive 70+ miles to find a groomer and paid good money.

I went to go purchase a hamster and the person who gave me one just kinda used the plastic home the Hamsters sleep in and pushed them against the glass and threw them around a little..I was a little upset by that. But in all honesty the people are nice. Just wish they were more careful with the animals.

Never taking my do back here! They are terrible groomers. My husband picked up our dog today & she looks terrible! Her hair can not grow back fast enough! She looks like a homeless mutt & not a pure bread shi tzu. My poor baby girl is so ugly I am ashamed to walk her. Looking for a new groomer!

This is our local Petsmart and we love it. The people are friendly and if we experience a problem they are quick to resolve it. They have all our pets needs. And they do their best to keep the pets and customers as happy as possible.

There were maggots in my newly purchased cage but it wasnt their fault. They immediately cleaned it and gave me a new bag of food that went with it :)

Brought home a couple aquatic plants and within 48 hours damn things grew a fungus and killed my 4 mickey platys and plecostamus(algae eater).
