Do not do business at the Papillion, NE Home Depot store! Do not ever use Home Depot to buy/install carpeting! Do not ever use Crew 2 for any installation services! You will regret it. After 5 unique failures to install the correct carpet, 6 weeks of no use of a third of our home (never mind that we have to completely start over choosing/ordering carpet), 3 canceled family events, etc., the only thing the store, the district, or corporate can do…is give us our money back. They’ve had our money since April 7. It’s June 13th! I’ve even used vacation time to be home for their botched installs. It’s evident they are incompetent, unable to provide carpet anywhere near the quality of what is advertised, and do not care about their customer. I’ll say that last part one more time. They do not care about you, the customer. Id give zero stars if it were possible.

I am sorry to report that we experienced subpar and mediocre experience at this store. Perhaps it is all in the training or leadership but to place a special order in the store for close to a $1000 and being told that the store does not give a receipt, tracking information or itemized list of the order is insane. The product arrived unannounced on a rainy day by fedex. It was not shared with 85 year old woman that it will be need to be moved, assembled without a specific date of delivery or given a tracking to look up is disgusting. How does one think the process of taking all information to order and verbally provide a total amount and a confirmation number adequate for placing a $1,000 order? More interestingly, how does another store take one call, take ownership of the poor experience and mail the itemized receipt over the phone?

We were looking to purchase a new Honda lawn mower, but it was out of stock. The gentleman helping us said we could drive to Iowa to get one of the remaining three mowers. His attitude was certainly lackluster. My husband inquired about using a military discount online, and the staff member said there might be a way to work it out, so he walked us to customer service. The lady working the service desk cut off the guy as he explained a possible remedy to our unfortunate situation. She was incredibly rude and never acknowledged my husband and my presence. If only Lowes carried Honda mowers! This is why we never shop at Home Depot.

I have been to this store twice and Im never coming back. There is only a select few employees there that are polite other than that they are not helpful informational or even welcoming. I dont expect to be treated like royalty but when I ask where something is at I shouldnt be talked to like Im stupid. This has happened two different times and 4 different employees have me an unwelcoming vibe

They didnt have the selection on doors and screen doors that a competitor did and they were 30 % higher also. Their in stock doors was not very large and to order would take 4 to 6 weeks. It was not a good visit, perhaps one in the future will produce better results.

Get 2 stars for price. Install process was terrible. inflexibility in scheduling.... waited minimum of 4 days when the appliance quit working after less than 1 DAY!!

Power tool selection is great, otherwise building materials is poor. Expensive as well. Steer clear of the store on Saturdays as it is very difficult to check out.
