I called to asked about the 9 gallon all purpose mixing tubs. Once some one figured out what was going on. They abruptly answered the phone, mumbled what they had. I could not understand them. Then they just hung up the phone right after. I called back to figure out what the person have said. The service deck transfered me to that department. And now that they know its me calling they hang up the phone and not care about me the customer... I have tried to call them 6 times now. And they wont answer the phone now. P.S almost every Home Depot I have gone to in this past year has bin a joke. I will say the customer service at the 91st and Riverside area was 10x better then all the rest of the stores. The worst customers service I have ever had in any business. This is why I go to Lows for almost everything.

Im at the Sheridan location at least twice a week for various projects around the house. Ive found the service there to be consistently excellent. It used to be a bit difficult to find someone on the floor during some of the off hours, but lately it has been much better. Special thanks go to them after my visit yesterday. I was needing items from all over the store from paint to cinderblocks, but Im having a hard time getting around because of a back injury. When I asked where I could find a flat cart for my items, one of the guys on the floor not only went and got it for me, but he brought it to me on the opposite side of the store, and helped me find several obscure items that I was needing. Thats the attitude that has kept me coming back for 7 years.

After the second go round I am done with home depot. I will only go to Lowes.I called to get confirmation about a product,got the price dimensions and everything,got there and everyone was dumbfounded.then due to Convenience I called again regarding price matching cinder blocks. Well I get there and they said they wouldnt price match their own store because it was in Oklahoma City or Dallas and it was not going to be honored. Well then "YOU DONT PRICE MATCH" !I was going to purchase a good amount 40+ but either way I went elsewhere they honored it and loaded them in my truck. Its obvious home depot doesnt want the same.

Dont ask your customers to go find the prices for things and make them wait wait in line again. If its that much trouble to get a price on something for the customer ready to check out, and the prices are higher than other stores, its bad business habits running the store. And how in the world do you expect people with random large objects to be able to go through the self check out isle?! No more shopping there for me.

So this home depot is the closest one to my new house Im remodeling so its convenient. They refuse to take returns from any other home depot. This is the only one who has refused and told me I had to take it to the one I bought it at. The other stores say thats not a thing and the people here are NOT supposed to do that. Its happened on multiple occasions.

Bought a door seal but sit wasnt the one I needed. When I went back to get a refund, the girl at customer service had no idea how to do it. Finally after 20 minutes, she goes to look for someone else. They stood there for a few minutes and just chatted, with me standing right there waiting. I will not be returning to Home Depot.

Great experience. I went in looking for some samples of building materials to use in my preschool classroom. The greeter at the door introduced me to Josh, the tool rental manager, who walked me around the store and found and donated everything I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you Home Depot!

Ordered a storm door for the front door, and asked for it to be installed. The installer wouldnt install it because the vinyl siding covered part of the brick molding. Said they would have to add 21ft of molding and charge a $75 for an Idle day. No mention of any prepwork need when I ordered the door.

Very helpful and friendly employees. The management team are very personable and will help you with whatever youre needing. My wife and I recently bought tile for our kitchen and the knowledge the employees have was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this home depot to everyone else.

Dropped off a drill to be repaired/replaced. Told 2-3 weeks and I would hear from them. 5 weeks later still waiting on the call and told in the store that they havent even started working on it yet. Had to spend more money on another drill so I could still work on my stuff.

Wide selection, but if youve ever been in a Home Depot before you know that. The associates are always ready to answer questions, but they need to hire more. People sometimes queue just waiting to ask their questions since all the associates are so busy.

Good service. I dont like that fact they use "center cut only" ... Cut from small trees that get 4 boards... They are all center cut. Other then that I get most all of my material at HD. Except cordless I only use porter cable

This Home depot is wonderful. My favorite thing is being able to walk the store without constantly being asked if I need help. But! If I do need assistance, an associate is always close by and willing to help.

They are so lazy they have only one workee help you then you have to help them pick stuff up. They have no interest in the job at hand. Rude and looks annoyed. There are few decent workers at this location.
