Management is the WORST! Just stopped in there and bought $35.00 worth of merchandise to do some repairs around the house. They have a kid on the register and it is his first day on the job. Gave him the following bills: $20, $10, $5, & $1. Total cash = $36.00. Kid tried to ring it in as $35.01. Also gave him a coupon for $5 off, and he didnt ring it in. Left store shaking head, then looked at receipt and saw he didnt ring in the coupon. Called the manager Katie I believe and she said it was his "First Day". NOW WHY THE HELL IS HE NOT BEING SHADOWED BY A TRAINED EMPLOYEE? Especially when there are 8 other employees in this store?

Westlake has changed a lot by improving all aspects of their stores. They are extremely organized and for the size of the store they carry far more than you would think when you enter the store. Im very impressed and astonished when I walk around while shopping. Westlake brand is good quality from my experiences using their brand. I recommend Westlake and if you never shoped in Westlake give them a try.

The employees have been very rude each time I go in and if you need help looking for something your on your own. To top things off when someone finally asks if you need help they are clueless to what they carry in the store and if its on there web site you have fight to get them to order it for you.

Went there after my drill had broke and I was in a really bad mood, but as soon as I got to the counter the girl named alexsis was super nice and always had a smile. Really great employee coming back just because of the happy employees

Have always had help whenever Ive needed it. Once came in with just five minutes till they closed. The man helped me find a few small decorative screws with in a split second. Great service.

Fake Emotion

Its okay, hadnt gone in since they reorganized the place and it was worse than before, also the employees didnt help at all and just stayed at the front.
