in december of 2012 my wife bought me a new 18 volt drill,(69652) as a christmas present. i havent had a chance to use it until last thursday. the battery wouldnt take a charge. i went to the sheridan rd tulsa location on 4-7-13 at 3:56 pm .. the black haired female manager ( i guess she was, she didnt identify herself ) wasnt friendly, acted like i was bothering /interrupting her standing in 1 place.. i told her my problem with the brand new drill. she kept repeating "cant do anything without reciept","cant do anything without a reciept".so i left.i called H.F.cust.ser..april 8th (julie) 8:26 am , was told even though it is brand new, its past 90 days and not warrantied, AT ALL.and she told me to spend more money to buy replacement parts for this new drill to make it work ( $4.97 charger, $20 for battery) its recorded , im not lying about this statement. THATS B.S...then said call tech support. i did, and after 10 minutes on hold i got recording.i left message.seems H.F. is seemingly selling inferior tools. make them show you at time of purchase everything works, dont trust their "word" that it does.. dont get ripped off/ put off like me.i thought they were better than this, guess i was mistaken. mark me as a past customer who is now very unhappy with H.F. and the new drill that doesnt work..:(... sears here i come.. PS.. i wasnt asking for refund, just a drill that worked.. lets see how this turns out...

My friend, Jerry Mayo, is the one who turned me on to Harbor Freight; I can be found shopping there a few times a month. With their coupons and free gifts, you cant loose. Some of the things Ive purchased are: outdoor solar lights, sand paper, vacuum cleaner bags, lawn tools, 2.5 liter ultrasonic cleaner, airbrush compressor & kit, gloves, tarps, batteries (not the best) wire brushes, Power Pack Jump Start, drill bits, portable air compressor, bistro umbrella, safety glasses, cable ties, bark control collar, pet bed, and shop towels. When its time to check out, I go through Kendall Clouds line. She is very friendly, and great at her job.

Love the new layout it makes it much easier to find things. Seems like it a much better layout than before the staff is much more friendly than in the past. Great prices on tools which work fine for everyday household tasks Im not sure if I would purchase these if I was a contractor and have a lot of use out of them though

This store has problems. One cashier working with a long line. My receipt didnt show the discounted tag price for Insiders Club. I went back in to show my receipt, but like I mentioned, the line was too long. I wont be renewing my membership. This place obviously needs new management.

Great place to find tools cheap, not all of the tools last as long as wanted but they do get the job done. I purchased a Watch tool kit here half of the tools worked great but the other half had broke down after a couple of uses. Overall great service also. Keep up the good work.

If you buy electric tools here, buy name brands. Harbor Freight brands (Chicago Electric, etc) are cheaply made, light weight, noisy POSs. Hand tools (hammers, screw drivers, etc) are acceptable. Sheridan store is a dump. BA store very good.

Good store if your wantin cheep tools. Most are just as good as fancy tools and they give a garantee on some o them. You can get coupons in the mail.
