I work at this store, but I also shop at this store and I was shopping at ACE prior to employment. I love the culture that is Westlake ACE Hardware. The folks that work on the floor are knowledgeable and will help explain things to make projects easier for DIYers. The store is smaller than other big box stores making it easier and more accessible to find the things you are looking for. Lastly I love the hardware section of this store. If you need any type of bolt, screw, but, etc Westlake is likely to have it!

The service at this location was outstanding. I needed help finding a part and had someone walking the aisles with me hunting for it. When I ended up not needing the part I was able to return it with no issue. Their selection of tools (specifically their socket pieces) wasnt the best in the world but this isnt a Lowes or Home Depot. Highly recommend based on the service they provide.

Great customer service. The arm on my moms wheel chair fell off and the sockets were stripped. One of the staff spent a good half hour with us on the floor of the store and re-tapping the holes and then re-attaching the arm. All for screws that cost 50 cents all in. And he wouldnt accept a tip. Really above and beyond!
