Didnt even have to go into the store to know that we will never be back, the fact that I physically talked to some one on the phone and they said they would stay open until we got there a couple min after 6 and when we showed up at 6:05 they have some dork standing at the door saying there closed and not even listening to the fact we spoke to someone on the phone that said they would stay open. Customer service! Ha! Not at this place dont bother. If you didnt want to stay open 5 min extra then you should have told me so I could have turned around. The fact that I drove from Omaha over here was very dissatisfying!

Great place to go if youre in a hurry. Not the cheapest by any means but Ill pay a little extra to not have to go trudging through Home Depot or Lowes to attempt to find a single bolt or nut.

Typical Ace hardware prices, friendly staff, easy to find everything considering they havent rearranged in 15 years or more
