Chris the manager has no care for customers and does not care for repeat business. I went to return an item that did not do the job or satisfied my needs. The item was bought a few days ago and was in its original packaging. His first words to me were " its been used, I cant resell it." I told him the reason I was returning it and he made it seem I was scamming him, all of this went on in front of other customers. Chris is unprofessional, no public skills and does not care for repeat business or customer care . So if you buy at this store, make sure the item works 100 percent and you wont be returning it. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER! As proof that this manager doesnt care look below, he doesnt even read these comments. By the way, I had my receipt and the item was $3.99!!! Imagine if it was $100.00!!! No way to treat people.

My ex and I also use this location to meet on some mornings before the store opens to exchange our daughter. Today an employee came and pounded on her car window and began yelling at her for doing this in a public place. This is very unprofessional. We are not causing trouble and are only in the lot for a few minutes. I even used to stop here to shop around after work even though this is not a Westlake and they hardly stock enough or have what you need. I will never return to this location to do business, rather I will shop Westlake or Lowes. Its obvious why this is not a 5-star location. I would have given it 0-stars but google made me choose at least 1.
