The helpful staff typical of all ACE hardware stores is exemplified here. Dont come if you want to shop in seclusion because every employee will ask you if you need help, but they are never pushy about it. The prices are competitive with (or better) than the large hardware supercenters in town. You can buy nuts and bolts individually so you never feel like you are getting too many.

Horrible, had glass replaced in a storm window, waited a week, got it back and the rubber seal was half in. I addressed the problem and was assured it would be addressed. A week later I was told it was ready. It was worse than the last time. Ace isnt the place and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone! Ill get my window fixed elsewhere.

Good selection of items. Not very organized, isles are very narrow and staff seems to avoid contact with customers. On the plus side the prices are lower than Lowes or Home Depot
