Use 2 b my fav store but not sure if will not go back after employee treated me badly when she asked if I needed help. I walked into store & the cashier, debra g, said can I help u. I said, as I was walking to the end of cash register, " yes I need to purchase top soil & manure". "I need 5 top soil & "....as I begin to say how many a man walks up to make a purchase too. She begins to assist him as I finish my order . Then proceeds to say ,"mam u need to get at the back of the line." "I said "but there was no one in line" she says "this man was here before u". Obviously he wasnt or she wouldnt have been focused on me. There were 4 people in line at this point. So I went to the end feeling very disrespected. Everyone left her line but the next person let me go before him, as he observed what just happened. I put in my order, again, just for her to try & over charge me now. I told her I thought she was very rude to me & she began arguing w me. Sad I really enjoyed this store! Not sure if I will go back knowing an employee can b so disrespectful. I have never been treated that way any where n my life. A couple others who saw, said good luck, to me, as they left the store.

Cant write enough about how much I love this location specifically. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and totally customer focused. Their return policy is wonderful - they always make it easy on the customer. They go out of their way to help you, theyve even recommended other stores when I dont have the exact product I need. One employee even called ahead to the other store to make sure their service reps knew to expect me. The reps there ask about my projects all the time and are just generally good people. David, one of the managers there has a deep technical knowledge of products that the store offers, and what is needed for specific projects. I wont go anywhere else first.

Ive been in many times and normally happy. I guess it was just because i didnt need any assistance in finding my items. But dont go in there if you need to do any more than check out. Hello could 1 of you 12 employees at the reister and office area help. Literrally 6 employees per customer but not a single one that will help not knows anything about hardware products. Not only did i get to witness failure in action but got to listen to the manger throw a 2 year olds tantrum on how buzy he was. Too buzy to help a customer. Well dont worry yourself. I went to lowes

Called 10 minutes till 9 to ask a question . Just wanted to know if you all carry the stihl trimmers. Was put on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up and called back the girl told me sorry and said let me get someone . As I write this review I am still on hold 19 minutes. I understand it was close to closing time but they were open . Disappointing ! Ill look else where for my item and Ill talk to a manager in the morning . And I will give them another chance depending on how my conversation with the manager goes .

I was looking for a plumbing fitting and had 2 employees helping me. Neither one of the employees knew anything about plumbing and were unable to help me find the fitting. After looking for 30min the 2 employees suggested I come back the next morning when their plumbing guru was going to be present. I decided to go to Lowes and the employee at Lowes knew exactly where the fitting was and took me right to it.

This is a great store with very helpful employees; if they cant find it in their store, they will help you locate whatever it is youre looking for. If the manager needs to lend a hand, hell pitch in and help every way he can. If you have a problem, please do ask for him, as he will make it right, every time.

I used to shop here more than I do now. Their prices are a little higher than everybody elses. But sometimes they may have a part or fixture that no one else has. Plus I love that they carry top-of-the-line grills and Grill accessories.

Large ace with good deals. Employees are less than knowledgable but they have quite a few young kids working there. Plus its ace so if your not knowing what your going in for you kinda sol. Great diacount programs though

Ace has a great selection and very friendly and helpful staff. The prices are higher than other hardware stores, but the convenience is worth it to me. Join their Ace rewards program if youre a frequent shopper.

I go here when I need something quickly. I normally would fault to Lowes but since these guys are closer its sometimes quicker. Not as many available associates or products though.
