I called and tried to speak to an employee, to answer some of my questions. I was hung up on TWICE, by the same person. His name was AJ. This isnt the first instance of terrible service Ive had at this location. Ive had a lost reserve, even though I had the physical proof I was SOL because it wasnt "In our system." The worst Ive seen at this location is an employee, who was supposedly on a "Break" had been standing at the register chatting with the onduty employee making me wait for my transaction so he could finish his discussion. I didnt wait long but it was still unacceptable.

Fantastic customer service. They always let me know about the newest games comming out and let me know of all the current preorder bonus. They make game trades easy and I am glad this location is so close by. Side note. The person who one starred this location is obviously damaged and I would hang up on him too.

One of the managers that i spoke to his name was Luis he was very nice and very helpful. also the employees there were extremely nice and helpful to. They are awesome and they can get you what you need and tell you what you want to know about games. I go there for all my stuff.

Great customer service and knowledge of all the products in their store and beyond. Luiz and Doug are always professional and eager to help in any way possible. They are never pushy, and know how to suggest other games or items you genuinely may need or want.

Great customer service here. I exchanged my haunted Xbox 360S hassle free. It kept opening the disc drive during the middle of my game. And overnight. Creepy. New Xbox works perfectly!
