The service was ok, good selection of games, overall interior is decent; however... I ordered a Nintendo Switch the Sunday after the console came out. I didnt think it would take long, seeing as it had only been two days. I traded in my WiiU as well as all my Wiiu games. I currently have $415 store credit. Its been almost two months since I ordered it, and it hasnt come in yet. They cant even check my placement on the Switch list. I cant even convert some of my store credit to cash. Who knows how long itll take, because this is just ridiculous. It angers me even more when I go to Walmart or Target, and see a couple Nintendo Switches. This is shame on me, for putting so much trust in this business. At least I have my 3Ds and Nes Classic Edition.

Poor customer service. They sold me a battery charger for an XBOX 360, but it took me a week to use it. When I finally did, it was completely useless. 15 bucks for a paperweight with a power cord attached. When I brought it back for a return, they took zero responsibility for selling such a useless piece of junk. They told me since I didnt have a receipt, they would keep my money. I understand the policy, Im just incredibly disappointed that they would slap their logo on a defective product and put it on their shelf, then not even offer store credit when it was returned. I wont do business with this chain again, since I have no desire to continue donating money to an organization that tries to swindle people out of their hard-earned money.

Went for N64 and games One of the controllers sold to us was defective. The plug for the console to the tv was not in the package, and I had to drive back to get it. They offered us no recompense for their mess up when I requested it. Most of the cartridges we purchased were very dirty and needed to be cleaned out with cotton swabs so that they would work. They also have a terrible return policy, only store credit. They will not be getting any more of my business, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Was at one point a very big fan of this store until they screwed me. They sold me a PS3 that theyd ripped the internal memory out of and a busted controller that constantly veers to the left making gameplay impossible so basically I bought an overpriced DVD player. Id expect that from a big chain like Gamestop but not from a local business that Ive spent at least a grand at. Im very disappointed and Gamers has lost my support.

24 hours after buying a used game. Found it had scratched that prevented playing after a certain point. Returned. They were going to keep sales tax on a game within their warranty return time. Took 15 minutes for manager to speak up to credit the entire price (he was sitting not 5 feet away). They admitted also during the same visit, that they only test 10% of things they buy and turn around to sell.

I asked gamers for a used ps3 controller and they sold me on one. The minute i started playing madden with it the controller pulled to the left by itself. I asked to return the controller but they will only issue store credit. This was my first purchase from gamers and i am very unhappy that they wont refund my money. Buy online..its much safer and much cheaper.

Ive had bad experiences in the past with mean spirited late night managers but this time was different. The guys that helped me went above and beyond when trouble shooting a console I brought in for trade. This washed the bad taste from my last visit when an unpleasant nerd with poor social skills refused my perfect good trade. Not sure why. Meh.

I have always had pretty good experiences with Gamers. Recently though looking to buy a game and it was the same price used as it was normal priced new at Wal-Mart. The person there even looked it up. They wouldnt come down on the price. Not understanding the thought process there. Why buy used when I can buy brand new at the same price?

I dont know what these other jokers are talkin about. I have never had any problems with any of the Gamers stores. Their return policy is stated all over the place, I was able to read it while waiting for them to ring me up. I mean do you really expect to get a fortune for used games and stuff. Get a clue people, Gamers is awesome.

we have been going to gamers for about 6 yrs. we love the store off of 84th and giles. they have excellent service there. we love buying used games there ecause if we dont ike them if we return it the next day they give us back the price minus a doller for the day we had it. GREAT PLACE GO VISIT!!

Place is very overpriced for the things they sell. Some of the staff do not have a clue to what a game is. I called asking for Pokemon stadium 2 and the man on the phone asks "For what system?" If youre going to work at a video game store, know your video games.

The staff is incredibly friendly and do their best to answer any questions. They were even able to fix an N64 game I purchased as a gift and got it working again. This location has a great selection of games as well.
