Sent my wife to exchange a pre-owned game I got from their online store as the game disc couldnt be read. They didnt have any more pre-owned in the store, so she paid another $2 for a new one. When she got home, they had given her an opened box with no game manual.

For GameStops its okay, due to the smaller store there is less game selection and usually the sales floor is dirty or displays are messed up. It seems that that the hand full of times I went the employees dont leave the counter to check on the store.

I bought a xbox from them used and it didnt work out of the box then they gave me hassle about returning it the very next day for another one. Check your crap before you sell it and you wouldnt have people bring it back.

I had a very hard time getting my wireless drum set to sink. A different retailer told me that I need the dongle. In the end there is a sync button on the 360 that I have never seen.
