The place is false advertising buy four used games get lowest free the fat white men didnt let up get that he said it was false advertising correcting my mom I didnt see it like she did until next weekend I went I brought six games Igames clean to trade I saw WE PAY MORE in trading games the The fat white man give me 10 damn dollar we pay more we pay less twenty would have been better trust me they was racist the red head had a bad attitude not speaking to us and when I white man came in store he speaks with laughter Im not a fan of racism we all the same just why be that way we are all human and have a soul dont go here the games wasnt good the man even try to sell me used remotes same price as used one Im not very outspoken but I care about all races

They dont offer refunds but dont tell you that. I asked for a Copy of Halo Reach and they gave me a twenty dollar copy of it without mentioning the five dollar used copy that they had in stock. I noticed the used copy right as the employee swiped my credit card. No big deal, right? Well, I asked if I could return the copy that I had just bought, in order to buy the used one; the employee told me that the best he could do was buy the game back from me for 5 dollars and then give me the used copy of Halo Reach. Youre better off at Gamestop, trust me.

I have been doing business with this store for years since they opened. Every time a "rare" or "collectable" retro game came in that is on my list to get, they would give me a call, their employees are knowledgeable as they can be, they know me as a regular and respect me as one. I love this store for its customer service, prices, and its inventory. Will always keep on shopping at the Cy-fair store, for as long as i can. Dont pass this place up, you will regret it if you do.

I bought Guitar hero live with the guitar for a good price but it was missing the USB needed to use the guitar. Change it for credit and they turned around and put it back on the shelf to sell it even though they know that nobody can play it without the USB.to me thats shady and I dont trust any of the products because now they have two guitars in there that dont work and theyre still trying to sell them

If you are looking for good deals, this is the place you need to go!!! Perfect service and the staff knows their history on ALL their products!!! Started shopping here thinking that anything was better than gamestop. I was wrong. Everything here is more expensive, customer service is a joke, and their return policy is non existent. Theres a gamestop right around the corner from them that youre better off giving your money to.

I have an Old XBox 360 microphone. I have recently bought a new "Afterglow AX.1" microphone and it only takes new mics. GameStop offered to give me 5$ for the old mic and 15$ for the new. Games Plus (this one) said they didnt mind old mics and would exchange it for free!

This place has no return policy for games. My game blades of time will not play on my 360 and they refused to take it because the disc was fine. Now Im stuck with a game that will not play. Buyers beware, take your money elsewhere. This place is a trap.

Bought a used ps3 and it still had all of old users stuff on it and they didnt give me a controller usb cable. They Suck!!!
