I have been to Thrillhouse twice. The first time I came with my father as we were traveling in from okc. The layout of the store, the rare items to be had, the selection was great. Customer service makes or breaks it for me. That day I asked a few questions and people acted like they were too busy to help. I told my wife we should go back as we were in town again yesterday, and I wanted to give it another chance. I believe it was just the owner in store and I asked him if he had a part to a system and he said they did not. I began to explain, being a bit bummed, that it was the only part I needed to complete my system. He looked at me and said, "okay, that still doesnt make me have it." Who says that? So we left the store and my wife says she sees what I mean about staff not wanting to help. She says, when you run a business like that you apologize for not having the part, you take down info, you tell that person youll be on the lookout or other friendly banter like that, IF you want to stimulate sales, return customers and relationship. 2/2 on feeling like a burden as a customer was enough for me.

Hands down the best store to get anything retro gaming related. The prices are the best in town (that Ive found) and the owner is awesome as well. The selection is the best that Ive been able to find locally. I went once on a whim and have been pleasantly surprised ever since. Thanks to ThrillHouse my collection of retro games and consoles has grown exponentially. Edit: Ive gone to Thrillhouse many times since I initially wrote this review and my view of the place has only gotten better. James, the owner, is super friendly and crazy knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable and the selection seems to only get better over time. Easily the best game store in Tulsa.

To be completely honest, really the first and foremost place when looking for anything, whether just a casual game, or a hard to find collectible, while I dont really get to too hard to find I have seen some rarer stuff in his shop. The place is actually pretty cool and the owner is pretty awesome. The selections are always rotating so if you are looking for something check in regularly, and you never know when you might find something else you had forgot you were looking for. Not to mention greatest prices and town and its a person here, not a corporate lackey. I give ALL my praise to this shop. Pretty much the best game place Ive been to.

Fantastic shop with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had a Final Fantasy NES cart that I got from somewhere else that wasnt working. They opened it up to find a clump of electrical tape and a missing save battery. They got the board set in the cartridge so it would finally play and put in a new save battery, and all I was charged for was the new battery! So, if youve got something that needs to be fixed, looking for some great games at very fair prices, or need some recommendations on what to add to your library next, this is the best place to go in Tulsa by far.

Great place, awesome people running it. prices are WAY better than anywhere else in town and the people running the place are very helpfull and know a lot about the products they have. All gamers should shop here or at least give them a try, i promise you will save more money here than at any other store game store in town. They are very fair with the prices and give you a fair amount for trade ins. I give it a 10/10

Pros: Great prices. Knowledge staff. Free to play Arcade machines. Cons: Hard to find location. Owner is very sarcastic when you ask him basic questions about things you plan to BUY from him. Shop stinks pretty badly. Layout is confusing. Items are always crusty and dirty. Pretty sure the workers are always high. Overall better experience than V stock but its your typical dingy local game store.

Cool place. Its a little messy but that adds some charm to it. You can tell its being run by a few dudes and not some massive corporation, so thats forgivable. The prices seem a little better than gamestop and the employee is nice. The location isnt the best. Its kinda tucked away in the corner so idk if that hurts the place or not, but I try to tell people about the place.

Great experiance! Cool stuff every where! Awesome selection, good prices. The owner was a super nice guy with a ton of knowledge as well. If you are just starting to collect orconsider yourself an enthusiast I believe you will find something you want for a price you want to pay. I live 2 hours away and it would be worth the drive to Tulsa just to visit this store.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to thrill house. I had called best buy, game stop, game exchange, and vintage stock none gave me the deal I got here for my PlayStation 3. not only that but they have great prices on games and systems. definitely going back and telling more people about it. *2 thumbs up and a smiley face from me!!

The best deals around for buying, trading and selling games. They have a great selection of retro games. Everything from Atari up to the new systems. Arcade machines with free play and TV set ups to test games out. The service is super friendly too. I suggest checking it out.

Great selection of retro games at fmv prices, stores like Vintage Stock will mark up the more popular games. Modern game selection is limited but Im sure this will grow with time. Guy was really nice and helpful. Will be picking up games and hardware from here in the future.

I love Thrill House games. The guys who work there are super nice and can answer any question you have. They have very good prices, cheaper than most competitors. The selection is touch and go depending on what you are looking for but you can always guarantee a good deal.

I absolutely love this place. Great selection of retro and current gen games at excellent prices. James is very good at fixing systems and games. There are not many shops that care about their customers like James does. This place comes highly recommended.

Just visited this place on 5/27/2016. This is a cool place. Lots of games and the guy behind the counter was helpful. No funny smell that I could detect. I didnt find what I was looking for but that wasnt the shops fault. I will be coming back!

I read some good reviews so decided to bring some old NES and Genesis games in. I couldnt believe how honest they were. They gave me an amazing deal, especially on a game I didnt even know was rare. So this is the place to go to trade in old games.

If you like videogames you have to go here. I bought several PS3 games for less than 8 bucks, some of them even never used before. They also have old systems restored like Megadrive or NES besides tons of games for each system.

Great used game store with consoles and other game related stuff too. Typically lower prices than chain stores and nice to help a local operation. Plus one of the very few places to go to hear classic game music playing!
