I would consider myself a reliable resource if you are reading this because I grew up in Blair and bought my first vehicle from this dealership. The car dealers themselves are pretty typical, not the worst but not the best either. The process of purchasing the vehicle was fairly painless, the next few years after the purchase hurt though. The service shop is probably the worst part of this company, the employees of this dept. treat you like a number and always lie about when something will get done. You always leave wondering why they have to lie? The repairs are always expensive and they always make sure they get every penny out of you. While the vehicle started to have issues the salesman who sold me the car started calling asking if Id like to buy another one which quickly became very annoying. I would avoid the small town dealerships such as this because as they appear very friendly and more personal than the city guys. They will slowly milk you for every dime because they are the ones that know how to fix your car just good enough so that it needs another 500 dollar repair in 6 months. Long story short, buy from someone else!

I walked into the dealership with the intentions to purchase a new 2500 diesel P/U. It was about 1/2 hour before they closed for the weekend. I told my salesman Chris Carlson exactly what I wanted & where I needed to be. Knowing that my expectations were high, Chris took the deal out of my hands and got me way more truck than I was expecting. You all need to understand that I had been looking hard for about 3 weeks and couldnt come to a deal even at a dealershp that I had purchased my last 5 vehicles from. The entire team went way out of the way to make my deal happen. The entire team that I dealt with was fantastic. They even made my 8 month old baby girl enjoy the experience. They had my wife and other children smiling and laughing as we worked to get the deal done even an hour after they had closed the doors. Not a BIG but a HUGE Thank you to the Team at Sid Dillon in Blair. We have already started telling our friends about our experience.

This is our 6th vehicle purchase with Rod Schiltz at Sid Dillon. He and many others involved in our Tahoe purchasing and financing definitely went OUT of their way. I cant say how impressed I am with the dealership. From the moment you walk in - you can tell they are totally customer focused, an idea severely lacking in many other businesses. We had visited another dealership minutes from our house and when the Tahoe deal didnt come together, we were dropped like a hot potato - they just didnt have the same small town, family feel like Dillon. After leaving Dillon once the deal was done, I knew we had made the right decision to purchase there again, even tho the dealership is about 30 minutes from our house. I highly recommend Sid Dillon- they are a top notch dealership all around.

After 6 months of researching the exact vehicle I wanted, and searching dealerships all across the country, I found my new Explorer at Sid Dillon in Blair, NE. My sales rep was Gunnar and he was great. Friendly, professional, helpful, and he actually wanted to sell me the vehicle I wanted, not just make a sale. I got the vehicle I wanted, for the price I wanted, and it was a great buying experience. My vehicle is still working fantastic 3 months later, and I am happy every time I get in it. They really did a good job letting me know exactly what Id be getting, no hidden problems or damage. I would absolutely trust Gunnar at Sid Dillon to sell me another vehicle.

I dealt with Lance on the possible purchase of a 2012 corvette. I do not live nearby and wanted to know a lot of details pertaining to the vehicle such as condition, previous ownership,…etc..Lance provided excellent customer service answering all of my questions and sent me many detailed pics including a video to show me the car. Even though I ended up purchasing a completely different vehicle from a private party, a would highly recommend Sid Dillon Chevrolet! In the future if I ever choose to purchase a new or used corvette I will absolutely consider Lance and Sid Dillon as my number one choice even if they are miles away.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Sid Dillon Chevrolet in Blair Nebraska and I couldnt be happier. We have taken my Wifes car there for service since we bought it, and I will do the same with my new truck. The staff at Sid Dillon is friendly and knowledgeable and always treat us like family. The best car-buying experience I have ever had. The prices are fair, their service department has always done a great job, and customer service is top notch. And best of all, no high-pressure sales tactics. Great people to work with. I highly recommend Sid Dillon.

I always take our SUV and pickup to Sid Dillon for oil changes and service work. I appreciate the honesty and care my wife and I receive as well as our vehicles. I was given good advice concerning some minor oil leaks and also that my pickup needs tires sometime in the future. Thank you to the Sid Dillon family for carrying on the tradition that was started by their father and you can see the influence in all of the employees at the Sid Dillon locations. If you choose Sid Dillon for your work I dont believe you will be disappointed!

I took our 2013 pick-up in for a scheduled oil change and some heater issues. Thought it might just be a thermostat. It was late in the day and the tech found that it was actually the water pump. They didnt have a loaner at the time but were able to run me over to my parents house where my husband could pick me up later. They facilitated the repairs the next day and got us up and running. As always the service department went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Great job Wayne and the rest of your staff.

Salesman were great to work with! Not pushy, great experience. 3 stars was for the bad communication after the sale. I paid for the PU with a bank check, no loans, no additions and no one told us that you did not get your title right away. I have always gotten a title when I pay cash for a vehicle. Then I found out that I had to wait 10 days to 2 weeks to get it in the mail. That was quite frustrating. Sales and buying experience A+, paperwork and after the sale experience, D-

I bought a 2008 Chevy 2500 HD 10 months ago. I put 11,000 miles on it. Yet the transmission went out on it. I called them help and they told me it wasnt their problem. That the vehicle was fine when it left the lot so whatever happened would have to be my fault. Im a mechanic and I know that Im not to blame for the the transmission failing in my truck. I am not happy with their service. They practically gave me the finger.
