I bought an suv from them many years ago. I had gone through some tough times after my marriage broke up including losing my vehicle. I was able to get a vehicle from them despite my credit issues. Because I was a struggling single mom there were a couple of times I had to either pay late or make a partial payment so I could still buy groceries. Because I not only kept in contact with them with explanations and kept my promises as to when I was going to pay them and I always paid within a week or so of my missed payment, they were very understanding and worked with me. They never had a reason to contact me to ask about a payment because I called them first. Considering how often people just dont make their payments Im sure Im surprised they were so nice about it. If you treat them with respect throughout your transaction history they will do the same for you and sometimes if they are able theyll even reward you for being a great customer. Would I buy from them again? I already tried to once, but the car I wanted sold before I could buy it. Was the vehicle I purchased the first time a great car? Maybe not the best car, but being used I cant expect perfection. It did get me through the toughest times until I was finally back on my feet. I appreciate CarTowns role in helping me get there

Bought a car back in 2012 it was an 07 model. Stalled the next day after I bought it. They were friendly and picked it up and fixed it but that should have been my first clue that that was a bad car. Price was 6k for 135k mileage car. it was a fast and easy process and the service when buying is good. but the cars are trash and I would not buy from them again. I put in more thank 3k in repairs until I just got tired and sold it for $1200 because it wasnt even worth anything anymore.... unfortunately a guy im dating did buy from them this past weekend and his car wont unlock and he is car-less. to make things worse they wont even pick up the phone. Very faulty cars.

They are GREAT! I started with a high mile, not so visially pleasing car compared to what I was use to before my husband and I lost everything. They were hope, when we had NONE. I have since traded up with them and they were more than generous with my trade and the vehicle I have now is GORGEOUS! Normal miles for the year, in pristine condition. They offer a wide variety of cars depending on what ANYONE can afford. So high miles or less than normal can be had...depends on what you want to put down. The best car on the lot (which I got) was a very low down payment. I will always go back and have referred several people. Thank you Car Town!!!

Car Town Motors is the most preferred affordable and reliable place to buy cars. No Hussle and reluctance in with their customer car. They will treat you as if they have known you from somewhere.If you have bad credit,good credit or no credit at all they still help out with the little you have. So! Why waiting Go! Pick up the car of your choice. As of me I got mine 2009 Toyota Camry sound and clean no dent no breakdown etc. So hurry! While it last so you can receive you treats......with the above contact. CD player never worked from day one. 3 months after getting suv the hottest summer starts and the A/C does not work. I have 3 kids and the dealer refused to help. Repair is due to the compressor and electrical issues which BR automotive said they knew about before they sold it to me. Repairs are over $1000. 2003 GMC Yukon. Charging $10,000 at $350 a month with no air or CD player. Not worth it.

I test drove the car no problems, with in a week the check engine light came on. They fixed the car but was like pulling teeth out of them. Still having problems. Just going to pay it off and trade up. Will not recommend them to anyone. They are rude and dont care weather your having a problem with their car or not. Horrible people.. wouldnt even give this one star..

Such a horrible place to get a car from. The ladys in the office are rude and dont seem to want to help there customers out. Suppose to be a Christian based company but doesnt seem like it. Over all .. No one should come and get a car from this place.

Awful customer service. The employees are down right rude and do not work well with their customers. I was a returning customer; paid one car off and bought another & was treated with the most disrespect. I wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE.

They sale u a car with no problem but after the first month the check engine light come on. And they charge u to fix it ..and the cars are high mileage cars
