******DONT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTIES THEY ARE A RIP OFF******* I just wanted people to know if you purchase a extended warranty from Woodhouse Ford you are getting screwed. I just had a long time customer bring a truck he purchased from Woodhouse into have repairs done. He asked if I would call the warranty company just to find out if we could do the work or if it had to go back to the dealer. After 3 different calls and almost an hour on the phone, they told me that since the warranty was through Ford Motor Company and it was on a Dodge truck that he could take it to my shop. He brought the vehicle in a few days later. We inspected it and found out the ball joints were bad. I called the extended warranty company only to be told that I needed to call another number. They kept giving me different phone numbers to call for the authorization to do the work. after another 45 min. of being jerked around. I did get to talk to someone he took the information about the vehicle and approved the labor time for the job. He then informed me that I could only charge the lowest price for the part available through any vendor. The price for the part was less than I was paying for the part from a aftermarket source. It would be like going to the grocery store and buying a steak. Then walking into the restaurant of your choice and saying "cook this steak for me but I brought my own steak because your steak costs to much". JUST ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY SCREWING OVER SMALL BUSINESS AND THEIR CUSTOMER. BOTTOM LINE DONT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE WRITTEN ON. THE DEALER MAKES A LARGE COMMISION ON ALL EXTENDED WARRANTIES. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF!

Rude! Rude! Rude! There was a time that "Woodhouse Auto Family" cared about the customer and knew their customer on a first and last name basis. As they used to say, "Well do what it takes to keep you in the House". Just got back from a 160 round trip and met with my good buddy, Harry Hope. Seemed even-though he and I couldnt get together when my wife and I purchased our last new vehicle (purchased it from the competition at Performance Auto Group in Lincoln, NE), seemed he didnt have time to sell me a new Dodge truck. I think he was worried about the customers he was waiting for and I was just in the way. Besides, we bought our Jeep GC at Performance in Lincoln. He remembered my face, but couldnt remember my name or where I was from. What he seemed to be most concerned about was how may pheasants I had back on the farm where I lived so he could come out hunting on my property. Seems that must go along with selling us a new vehicle, or something like that. Also he might have been having a bad day or something, but didnt have much time for me. Sorry, Harry. I wont be back, Harry!. Woodhouse has become so big, I get confused about how many salesmen are running around in circles and do I feel like another number? Yep! Seems they dont even know which direction they are going these days. Give you a price and when you counter offer... they take it to the big shot behind the glass windows. Take a number, Joe and stand in line. What a joke! These guys are Jokers! Harry Hope? LOL!

Not good...no, no really, not a good experience. My salesman was typical in that every few minutes he had to excuse himself to ask or clarify with his manager. He was not a good listener. Therefore the paper work was not completed properly and caused a delay. I drove from south of Kansas City to deal with this company and wanted to complete the transaction and drive the 250 miles home before dark. Every time table I was given was wrong. "We will have that for you in 15 minutes" wrong, 45 minutes. "We will have the vehicle here for you in 45 minutes, wrong 1hour and 45 minutes. Home at last and waiting to receive the title work so I can tag the Jeep. Three weeks later and I am still unable to title it because the dealership and the lease company do not know how to coordinate the paperwork. My county Dept. of Motor Vehicles and I spent 2 hours on the issues yesterday and still have been unable to get the correct document to title it in Kansas. As you can see by my photo, Im a former law enforcement officer. I know that cops arent very popular in America right now so maybe this is the new normal for how we treat officers. I would prefer to think its just that to many people dont know how to do their job in an accurate and timely fashion. If I cant get this Jeep titled I will have Woodhouse come and pick it up. I just hope they can return my trade-in if this is the case.

Worst car buying experience. Was at Baxter in Lincoln looking at getting 2 ram trucks and a challenger hellcat. Called woodhouse to compare prices and was told to come up and they would beat any deal Baxter offered or give me a tank of gas for the drive. Ended up spending the entire day their to get one truck that they did at the same price Baxter was offering, not better even though I drive an hour away and wasted a whole day off work in Blair. No free tank of gas. 2 days later I went back because they promised to get me the other 2 vehicles. Spent a 2nd whole day there while their sales and finance guys wasted my time and got nothing done. Their finance department is seriously a joke. The next day I went back to Baxter in Lincoln and drove away in the exact truck I wanted in less than 2hrs. I then called the other woodhouse in souix city because they had the exact hellcat I wanted. They took my info, and then called me back an hour later to tell me they got me approved for the hellcat with more options than the one in Blair and for lower payments! Even better they drove it 3hrs to my driveway in Lincoln the very next day for free! Souix city woodhouse and Baxter Lincoln both offered me better deals, didnt waste my time, and got me into the exact vehicles I wanted withoutwasting my time and keeping me from work. Stay away from woodhouse Blair!!!!!

Had a great experience with Michaela Mlynczak. I had a bad experience previously with a salesman from KIA here locally on my leased vehicle who was not honest and so I was not looking forward to having to go through it again. So I went on-line to check out Woodhouse because we had a couple of friends who had bought from Woodhouse and had a good experience. Michaela was great to deal with because she listened to what I was looking for and knew what I wanted to spend and found it for me. When I requested that it was better for me during the work day to communicate via e-mail she respected that so we got 95% everything done via e-mail. I was especially impressed that they would deliver the vehicle to me in Des Moines and it was within 4 days of signing the papers that I received my new vehicle. What most impressed me though was the fact that it had some scratches on the tail gate so I mentioned this to Michaela and she had me work with my local body shop to get it fixed and Woodhouse reimbursed me within 24 hours. My husband detests car dealerships more than I do, and he was very impressed with how Woodhouse treated me and when he is ready for a new vehicle he wants me to give Woodhouse the first opportunity to find what he wants. I have already recommended Woodhouse to several other people.
