The actual purchase of the car was simple, and very much appreciated when Cody delivered it to the local Enterprise rental office. However that is where my pleasure ends. Was promised to have a LoJack installed, in Fort Smith AR, while I was on my Guard Annual Training. I am 21 days past the sales date, and never heard from anyone regarding this. I finally called about it, and was told "that is not my area. Let me leave a message with Cody and hell get back with you. tomorrow" Waited for Cody to call, nothing. I ended up calling and heard "thats not my area. Let me leave a message for Sally and shell contact you." Heard from Sally and was told "the install you describe was not passed on to me." I requested that the LoJack be removed from my contract and was told "Youll need to contact LoJack and see what they can do." Really? You sold me a product and I have to go somewhere else to get results? Called LoJack, and they do not have offices in Arkansas so they cannot do the install unless I drive 2 hours from my home. I was ready to turn the car back in. I was that frustrated. Thankfully Sally spoke to the contracts division and the LoJack sale will be refunded. I will never purchase another vehicle through Enterprise Car Sales again.

We were told by several of the car dealers in our area "that paying cash for a car doesnt mean as much as it used to". They were unwilling to deal and negotiate the price because we were paying cash! After the third car dealer we heard that from, we decided to search the web. Our niece works for Enterprise in Maine so we decided to check out what was available. My wife fell in love with the 2015 Ford Escape we found and decided to call. I spoke with Damon McIntosh and felt welcome and very confident this was going to be a great experience! I was right! Damon was an absolute joy to work with and he made this whole process pleasant and stress free! We had everything we wanted and needed within 4 days and made the trip from Bella Vista, Arkansas to Tulsa, Oklahoma to pick up the vehicle. We met Damon and absolutely loved his demeanor and willingness to do what was needed to insure our purchase and process went smooth and hassle free! We were on our way back to Arkansas within an hour! The most important thing was my wife loves her new car and enjoyed Damon and the crew at Enterprise Car Sales! This is the second vehicle that Ive purchased from Enterprise. I chose them, to begin with, because of the value I feel their pricing represents and because Im well aware of the maintenance that their cars go through while Enterprise is using them. Additionally, I love the professional, straightforward, low-pressure, no-haggle, no-hassle approach to business. Having trained sales and management professionals for years, Im rather particular about how business is done. These people are professional, courteous and respectful of my time. Ill probably be seeing them again. Love my Passat!

After both our car and pickup failed us, we rented a car from Enterprise for a couple of weeks. The local office (Bartlesville) told us we should check out their lot in Tulsa. My husband called and made an appointment with Holly. Dealing with Holly & Enterprise is unlike any car purchasing experience we have ever had! She was wonderful! We were concerned about our credit, but Holly & Sarah went above & beyond to put us in a car that night! We went home with a 2014 Hyundai Elantra, and a car payment that wont keep us up at night!!! I think were still in shock that its really ours!

Had a great experience with Cody and Joel. We were already pre-approved so the paperwork should have taken 20 to 30 minutes as it did last year when we purchased our Ford Escape. This time it took 2 HOURS! Was not impressed with your finanicial person. She had to redo the paperwork several times. I really think you should re-think your process over. Cody took care of us so quickly last year is why we came back this year. I closed quicker on my house than I did on my car. I give 5 stars to Cody and Joel and 2 stars to your finanicial person. Thanks Cody and Joel for a great experience!

We had a great experience buying our car through Enterprise! The sales staff was so courteous and friendly. We loved our salesman! He was absolutely the best! I was impressed that they worked to get us the lowest possible interest rate. It was lower than I could find myself. While waiting on my car windows to be tinted, I talked with several people what have purchased more than one vehicle from Enterprise Sales. This speaks volumes to me. We will definitely look at Enterprise again when we need another car.

Great service while on the phone and arranging the purchase, but "service" took a serious dive when we had an appointment to do the paperwork for the purchase. The time of the appointment was ignored, then several assumptions were made that caused the paperwork to be re-done. Final insult was when we had to chase after even more paperwork later that wasnt done right just so we could get tags. Had this not fallen apart in the office, we could have rated the experience a "5".

Overall a nice experience buying from Enterprise. The only reason that I didnt give five stars is that we were encouraged to buy a week before we were ready. They told us that we could post date our deposit check which we did. They then deposited the check early and put our account in the red. They have assured me that they will pay any bank fees. I will buy there again, but not with a post dated check.

My mother bought a car from Enterprise in St. Louis and spoke very highly of them. I had the same experience. Top of the line service. Top of the line vehicles. And got me a WAY better deal than the dealership was going to give me (they claimed I had negative equity on my vehicle while Enterprise actually got me over $500 for it.) I would recommend anyone to at least give them a visit.

My black Hundai Elantra is so sporty and beautiful, sparkling in the sun! Lately theres been no sun; but when there is, just a quick once-over with a hose and shammy brings back the luster! It drives so smoothly, & I know I bought a top-rated car. Im totally satisfied!

Unfortunately, I did not end up getting a car yesterday when I visited Enterprise. However, we were met with the best customer service. Sam took so much time to help us out and we are so grateful! We had a wonderful experience and hope to return to buy someday.

Jaxon took care of me. They are friendly and hassle free. If you dont like to haggle over price, this is the place to go! They sell all cars at the Kelley Blue Book value. Great financing, great people. Ill be going back again next time I need new a car!

The experience could not have been easier. My salesperson knew what I wanted and had it on hand and ready for me. I didnt have a way to get to the dealership. My salesperson came and got me so we could close the deal! What more could one ask?!
