It is very easy to badmouth a shop or shop owner for not being perfect. If it was easy everyone would do it. People make mistakes and hopefully learn from them. Ben Craven and Craven performance employees have been nothing but helpful anytime I have asked for help. Its hard to start and run your own business. Mostly because of people who are quick to judge. If you are going to have a modified car you need to have patience and understanding. I give Craven Performance 5 stars for continued growth and improvement. The performance industry is brutal when it comes to internet reviews and slander. The only way to truly know about a person or company is to visit the showroom and meet the people in charge.

Horrible horrible horrible, I had my 2010 GTR serviced here and I wont ever have it serviced here again. I sent it in for an ECU and a diagnostic and it took them TWO MONTHS!!! At the end of this wait it cost me $2.5k which is way more than it should have. But wait Im not done yet when I got my car back it had 600 MORE MILES Than when it went in. So pissed off, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Take your car anywhere else but this place. Id be extremely skeptical of any good reviews left for them its probably craven themselves leaving good reviews. Also they have horrible customer service they thought I was stupid and treated me like crap.

Horrible customer service when it comes to smaller projects. When they do actually call you back they usually have a piss poor attitude. Craven does not follow simple instructions well and now I will have to finish the work that they did NOT complete which I asked for when first dropping off the vehicle. Thanks for doing most of the work and keeping the vehicle for much longer then expected. I recommend finding a better place to take your vehicle, unless you have a big project and want to give them tons of money.

I started doing some research after the same guy here gave me three separate quotes for installing a ProCharger. His math never quite added up and he just went along with any cost issue that I made light of. So I went on Casenet and was blown away. From the cases I clicked on, they were all judgments in favor of plaintiff and motions for garnished tax refundsand liens.

Seems like all the employees that got fired for stealing and went to jail are now leaving bad reviews. You should have to be a confirmed customer to leave a review. This shop does world class work. Anyone whos stepped foot in the door knows this. Great shop, great builds, great people!
