I cant express how great these guys are! I usually do most of the work on my car myself due to costs and the lack of trust. Thankfully I know enough about vehicles to know when somebody is trying to scam me into paying more for issues that dont exist. I understand that being a female gives some shops the impression that they can sell me on things I dont need. Bud and Anthony are the complete opposite. They give a no b.s. assessment if there are issues that need to be fixed without the run around or charging for blinker fluid. Their honesty is extremely refreshing. They give me hope that there are still good, hardworking, honest businesses in this world. From now on, when I need work done that I cant (or are too lazy to) do myself, Im taking my car here. Thank you so much Affordable Auto!

I was trying to get my safety and emissions done and kept having a code come back. The guys at Affordable Auto offer competitive rates for diagnosing (far cheaper than the hourly rates shops offer) and didnt attempt to sell me on anything I didnt need. My tech told me my rear tires were going out and they offered competitive prices if I decide to pick up any up in the future, but didnt attempt to talk me into. They explained everything in terms I (someone with very little auto experience) could understand and made sure I had everything I needed. More effective, affordable and quick than any other shop Ive dealt with; had an appointment the day after I called. Recommending to my friends and family already, as I sit in the shop for the first time. Dont take your vehicle anywhere else!

Not pleased. They had our car for over a month, supposedly because of the holidays. Then called us with a quote of $840. We went to go pick it up and it was $995, he said they "forgot" to add on some other charge. Thats over $100 that they "forgot" about and to me that is unacceptable. It may not sound like a lot, but right after the holidays and Im already spending a good chunk of change you would think theyd have someone there who could properly add their charges together. I left their feeling like I had been robbed and played for a fool. Wont be returning.

Its important to find a mechanic you can trust. I was almost certain that my valve cover gasket was leaking oil and would need to be replaced. AAC could have confirmed my suspicion and made a hefty profit. Instead they identified the problem as a loose filter and oil plug gasket. Yeah, I felt stupid too. My ignorance aside, they worked me in despite not having an appointment and I was out of there in an hour. Needless to say, theyve earned my business from here on out.

We put these guys to the test. First we dropped off the family van for detailing. With two boys under 10, there was much work to be done. They did a great job. I doubt the tech will be eating graham crackers anytime soon. Then I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. In and out in less than an hour PLUS it was only about 50.00. Great work guys.....

They are what the title says...affordable. Instead of getting me a super expensive Lexus part they got me something comparable and more inexpensive (my hatch kept falling down). They were honest and quick and fixed the problem. Its hard to find (I passed it twice) but worth it. These guys are great!
