I had a problem over a year ago and even talked to the district mgr it was never resolved. it was they put the wrong part in a box and wouldnt reimburse me. what cost me $25. there ended up costing me $150. to have everything fixed right. So today Never again will I shop at AutoZone, Im in line 2 ahead 1 behind i asked the one behind "are you with the one ahead (because they came in at the same time) she said no and thanks anyway" the 2 ahead are being helped so the mgr opens a line and said Ill take the next, i looked the the girl ahead and she said someone is looking up a part for her so i go to that register put my oil on the counter and the mgr says you can wait. She has the other girl come over im front of me so i went to Advance Autoparts for the same stuff at the same price and was put on a some coupon thing. Im tired of AutoZone and their bs, every time I go there its a hassle Like · Comment · Share · 4 of all people the mgr had an attitude smh i wrote this on facebook just a few minutes ago and i had 4 likes, i wonder how many likes i will get by the end of the day, or by the end of the week, Hey maybe i can post it in my groups like you know your from st.louis if.... there are about 25,000 people in that group alone and dont you just love free advertisement

Ive never been treated so poorly. First of all, I stood around waiting for the one available staff member to check me out. There were 6 other customers standing around waiting while he gabbed on the phone. Finally, he realized, maybe he should attend to the waiting customers. Once I was finally checking out with the advertised deal on oil+free filter, he said I didnt qualify for the deal. Now, Ive always done these oil+filter deals in the past, and I ALWAYS upgrade my filter from whatever cheap one they offer with the deal. Never, NEVER, have I had an issue with this. However, today, this was a deal breaker. When questioned about it, he was not even remotely apologetic about it, or willing to discuss options. When questioned again, he just quoted me the full price. Then, he just walked away and left me standing there, without saying a word to me! Needless to say, I left immediately. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this AutoZone, nor any other AutoZone. OReillys has my business for life. Even if I pay full price on oil changes from here on out. OReillys is always friendly, Im a loyalty member and receive discounts frequently. Good luck, AutoZone. Youre going to need it.

Horrible customer service... I bought a shifter knob and in less than a week it breaks, so I take it back to the shop and ask them to look me up in the computer because I didnt have a receipt and requestd to do an even exchange for another one. The only 2 employees who were at the counter carried on with their conversation while my girlfriend and I stood there patiently for 5 minutes or longer waiting for service. (I would also like to point out the conversation was about people they were out with the night before and we were the only 2 customers at this time, and they didnt acknowledge us until they were finished talking with each other) The sales rep refused to do anything and kept saying she could not refund the purchase, even though I kept telling her I didnt want a refund, just wanted an even exchange for another knob... She then got other customers waiting, in the now acquired line, to join her in telling me that she wouldnt refund the product and made me feel singled out as well as stupid. I will never be going back to this location for anything, and may not even use the franchise at all.

Ive had problems with them selling me the wrong part in the past, so no more parts. I would only stop to buy oil when it went on sale. But the past several times they always argue with me about the whether the oil is still on sale, or about the whether the filter I choose is part of the offer. I point out the offer says I can upgrade filters and pay the difference, I show them the fine print of the ad, but they still refuse to let me upgrade filters, even when Im willing to pay. Convenient location for me, but Ill drive many extra miles to go somewhere that acts like they want my business.

These people have no idea what they are doing... They order wrong parts ALL the time for me. I asked to speak to the manager one time and it was this lady that had no idea what the heck was going on or anything. I called today to ask if my part has come in and a lady put me on hold three times and then comes back on and says "Im going to let you talk to my manager" and the manager ask how he can help me.... ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS IF FED-EX HAS GIVEN YOU MY PART. why is it so hard? crazy people.

This is my least favorite Autozone. The staff is hesitant to help when asked and very ignorant towards Hispanics. I have been in the store and helping someone whose English is limited and they have made comments that they didnt realize I understood. Will not go back!

Bridgeton branch offers top class customer service. Ive witnessed the staff in action numerous times being helpful towards customers in various ways. Customer service is about pleasing the public that visits your establishment and this store presently does that.

Terrible the staff working told me there was no public restroom and i know there is because Ive used it before. Then they kept watching me making me feel uncomfortable like i was trying to steal something. Wont be going back ever!

Typical Autozone. Staff was helpful. I went in for engine splash shield clips and they had to be ordered. Another example of why retail stores cant cut it anymore. Ill just order the clips online and have them sent to my home.
