BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came in to get assistance with changing drivers side break light bulb. After entering the store, Caucasian male was on the phone. Didnt greet nor speak after entering the store. Stood there for a couple of minutes then I eventually got the attention of employees in the back. I was rudely told the guy on the phone was the only person to help. I ultimately walked out and flagged down a Samaritan driving by to assist. I noticed the Caucasian employee looking out of the store window to view what we were doing. Not once did he come out to offer his assistance. If I were a Caucasian woman, Im sure I wouldve gotten the assistance from the store employee I was seeking.

If I could only give no stars. Part was bought and installed the rack and pinion was defective and almost crash and could have killed my youngest driver. Returned the part and was provided the labor receipt that Advance said would be given back. Here I am 6 weeks later still no money and the general and regional managers will not call back. I will be starting a facebook campaign and will let all of your commercial parts buyers know you dont repay your labor bills when you sell defective parts. I have also contacted my chamber of commerce I am involved in and we will start walking your store front with signs saying dont buy parts here defective parts are ignored.

My husband and I just left. We went in the buy a rebuild kit for my husbands mustang. Laura that associate who help was very rude, snotty, and rushing my husband. He was asking for prices so he could price check and look further into it. My husband asked her to look up one more then. Same part different vehicle. Because he has had IN THE PAST the part be a little cheaper. She informed him "well Ive been doing this for 10 years. So I know." Okay thats wonderful except my husband has been actually working on vehicles for 25 years. And was only trying to find a little but cheaper price. Her costumer service was AWEFUL!!!!

There Commercial side is Top Notch. I havent been to the store personally but deal with them almost daily on the Delivery side. Quick, Reliable , and Very easy to work with . Thanks Ricky, your Team Rocks
